"We stayed at the Little Italy Penthouse Piedatterra - a great little pad in a central location. We had a couple of little issues (the door handle came off the bathroom door) but these were fixed within hours of notification. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 of us (we used the sofa bed as well), and well stocked with toiletries. It is an old apartment, and has some plumbing issues. The street noise was loud, particularly the rubbish truck and the cleaner, but within the week we had all slept through it once! We didn't use the coffee machine, but found a great Australian barista a couple of blocks away in Mott St! Our only thought was that it would have been great to have a few essentials in the apartment on arrival - perhaps some milk and tea/coffee. Definitely recommended."

"My wife and I visited family in Brooklyn and stayed for 5 days in this amazing apartment. It was exactly the accommodation we were seeking. From its warm yellow facade to the beautiful views of snow-covered Greenwood Cemetery, we couldn’t have been more pleased. The upstairs apartment is open and spacious with a private bedroom and cozy king bed, a full kitchen/dining area and an ample sitting room with futon and sofa for relaxing over conversation or watching TV. The quiet South Slope location provided easy walks to wonderful restaurants and pubs as well as markets and shops…and only a 20-minute walk to the 15th St/Prospect Park subway station. Claire and Ed were the best…and we will definitely be back."

"The pictures of the property are accurate. This house in Queens was a good setup for the seven of us. The place is compact but with a good layout for socializing. Two bathrooms and laundry facilities are a plus. It's about a ten minute walk to the #7 subway station, and grocery. Convenient to Tony's pizza, which is excellent."

"Our family of 5, with 2 older teenager's spent Christmas and New Year at this property. From the time we arrived until we left we had an amazing time!!! Located close to Central Park, restaurants, bars, shops and subway station, everything we required was within a 3 block radius. The apartment is located in a quiet Street and was very clean, warm, spacious and homely. It had everything you need to create family meals and enjoy some down time away from the hustle and bustle of the City. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Our family will have a great lasting memory of our NYC Christmas in this apartment with all the trimming!! This apartment gives you a real feeling of what life in NYC is like, one you cant get from a motel room. I would highly recommend this apartment."
