"We rented this beautiful cottage on very short notice to spend Christmas with our family, who live in the area. We have 3 large but well-behaved Shepherds, and needed to find a place that we could be comfortable walking them and settling them in. Michael's place was perfect for us. A very short walk to the beach, which we all enjoyed very much, and a very pleasant and cozy stay in the cottage. The cottage is very well-maintained with an updated kitchen. We will definitely re-book!!!"

"Our family stayed at Joe's house and visited beautiful frozen Niagara Falls and quaint towns of Wilson and Lewiston. The house was clean ,spacious and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joe"

"Annual family reunion with grandparents and teenagers. An old house but surprisingly everyone found their way to enjoy. Never expect a board game can have so much fun. The dancing wii game made us go to buy one after back home. Relaxing in the pool with the wonderful view was unforgettable. Doggy friends are bonus, they were so friendly, wish can spend more time to play with them. Sunrise was so amazing while our stay. Location is very good to the state park. Drive-in movie was a bonus too. Kitchen need a better stir fry pan. And wish have a hair dryer there, we forgot to bring one. Oh, beds are so comfortable like home. This farm house is wonderful."

"We had a lovely 4 days at this house on the shore of Lake Ontario. There are five bedrooms so we were able bring our adult son, and our adult daughter and her husband were also able to join us. The house itself is roomy, clean and quite comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. It even comes with cable television and WiFi. There isn't a beach to speak of; there are steps leading into the water. We didn't choose to swim in the lake, but my daughter and her husband were able to launch their kayaks from the backyard. Mostly, we enjoyed being able to sit and read with a glass of wine and look out at the lake. The yard was big enough for us to play croquet with the set that comes with the house. We drove to nearby Lakeside Park one morning to play disc golf. The biggest drawback is also one of it biggest assets. It really is away from it all. We had trouble finding a grocery store. But there are plenty of farm stands in the area and an EZ Mart in Lyndonville, which is about 15 minutes away. However, if you plan to stay here, bring groceries with you or be prepared to do some driving. Overall, we had a lovely time here, and if you're looking to get away from it all, this is a nice place to do it."
