"Stayed at the Butterfield Cottage with my two pets for six days for peace & relaxation. The only thing I heard were the birds and the waves; it was very peaceful. Everything was provided from cooking utensils to bathroom essentials. Stayed within the boundaries so not problems from the neighbors. This was just what I needed! Will definitely stay again."

"Great historical house! If you like and appreciate historical homes this one is nice. It was perfect for our group of 15. We were there for The Niagara Falls International Marathon. This house is located 20 mins from the finish line. Plenty of space for all of us to get away from each other or all be together. It was nice having TV's in every room. The kids loved that. The 5 kids in our group all said the best part of the trip was the house! The location is a short walk to the US falls, restaurants and attractions. A plus for our family and friends not doing the marathon. The house was clean and stocked with most things you'll need. Mark, the owner of the house was easy to get in touch with and very nice."

"From the first moment I stepped into the Bungalow I was just awestruck. Literally, a "wow" must have left my mouth as I entered each room. This place has so much character and history!
This hidden gem is perfect for a family traveling together, which is what we were doing on our visit. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, however, there was also great common areas for us to spend time together. I could also see this place being great for a scrap-booking retreat, there is plenty of table/workspace available.
Julie and Robert were great hosts. We arrived late in the evening our first night and Julie made herself available to give us a tour/orientation of the property. The next morning I was amazed at how large the property actually was (hard to tell initially because of our late arrival). The grounds are very well maintained, plenty of trails, and a feeling of serenity all around the area but also great space to have a small and fun get together.
There are plenty of activities to have on property (volleyball, horseshoes, croquet, barbecue, etc.) as well as places nearby to explore. On property, I myself enjoyed the relaxing in the hammocks and walking by the pond...oh and climbing up to the the tree house! One morning I even enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch while watching a dear hang out and enjoy the grounds too.
The location of BF Bungalow was perfect. My family visited Letchworth, did a tour of some of the vineyards at Finger Lakes, went to Niagara Falls. Julie and Bob offered tips on things to do and the best places to pick up a few necessities.
I wish our stay was longer, as I would have also like to explore the many acres nearby. When I'm in the area next, I will most definitely be checking in to see if this home away from home is available."

"Had a very nice stay at AZ Lazy
Cottages is very comfortable and has just about everything you would need. Close to Niagara, but far enough away to give you the feeling you are out in the country.
Deb & Tom are very accessible and quick to respond in the event there is a problem.
We are looking forward to our stay next year."
