"This is our fourth year staying at this cottage in Blind Bay; we go for one week. We like the cottage (it is bright, airy, clean - emphasis on clean!), the kitchen has most anything you need. Linens are provided, the owner has kayaks and a canoe available (along with paddles and life vests). There is plenty of outside seating, and lots of ships going by on the St. Lawrence Seaway. Close to Alexandria Bay, Canada, fishing, boating, swimming. Just love it there! We have already booked our vacation week for next year!"

"We enjoyed a quiet family vacation at this beautiful Victorian home. We had all the accommodations of home. We learned about the history of Round Island by walking down to the post office. Enjoyed their screened in porch. We shopped in Alex Bay and Clayton. The kids loved to venture the island as well as enjoyed all the outside toy. What a fun family vacation."

"Our vacation at Elderberry Cottage was relaxing, restorative and beautiful. I was in a party of six, myself, my husband and our children aged 6, 8, 9 and 10. Each of us was taken with the house and grounds and enjoyed the amenities provided by our gracious hosts. We spent lots of time enjoying the natural setting, kayaking the inlet, fishing galore and hanging out in hammocks or by the fire pit. The location is close to many of the area attractions with convenient access to Boldt castle and gorgeous state parks. The kitchen is well appointed and the grocery is not far at all. In fact, it is amazing how close things are because when you are on Wellesley Island, you feel far from all of the trappings of modern times. The owners were nearby if needed and helpful and even went so far as to provide passes to the Boat Museum, hints, directions and even a lesson on how to filet a fish. The cottage and grounds are immaculately kept with lots to offer in the way of down-home entertainment. You could have a great time without ever leaving the property. This vacation ranks at the top of our "favorites list" and we look forward to revisiting again in the future. That says a lot considering that pleasing six distinct personalities is no small feat!"

"This house was very clean and comfortable and fully supplied. The photos were exactly as appeared on premises and then some. Toni and Tom Dunn were the sweetest people ever and very accommodating. They went out of their way to see to our comfort. We built a campfire on the beach and watched the sunset every night from the top deck overlooking the Lake Ontrario. Anyone looking for a home away from home should contact Toni & Tom."
