"Me and my family of 4 stayed here in the end of June 2015. What a great cottage, it is a little rustic but has all your basic amenities. Access to the lake is just a few small steps away, and having a small fire while watching the sunset is the best way to cap off a great day. We had most everything we needed with us but Pulaski is just a 10 minute drive away for anything you may need. Oswego is only 25 minutes away and Syracuse is 45. The Thousand Islands, Alexandria Bay and Canada are only 1 1/2 hour away. We took a day trip to Kingston Ontario, what a beautiful city on the St Lawrence river. For the price this is a fantastic value for a relaxing week on the lake. We can't wait to come back!"

"We enjoyed a quiet family vacation at this beautiful Victorian home. We had all the accommodations of home. We learned about the history of Round Island by walking down to the post office. Enjoyed their screened in porch. We shopped in Alex Bay and Clayton. The kids loved to venture the island as well as enjoyed all the outside toy. What a fun family vacation."

"This cottage has it all ... and something for everyone. It's spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable. Every time we thought, "It would be nice to have ... " that item seemed to appear.
Having access to the bikes and kayaks was wonderful, and it was great to have the grill out back.
The owners have gone out of their way to make each of the bedrooms cozy -- and the terrycloth robes are a luxurious touch."

"What a unique and amazing experience. First off; the island is beyond anything I expected. Its a vacation paradise. Solitude with class. Its hard to describe the awe inspiring beauty; the clarity of the water; the sunrises and sunsets were like nothing I've ever experienced. Our group of teens and adults relaxed; played hard; enjoyed boating; fishing; sightseeing; the quaint town just across the river, the swimming pool; sauna and did I mention the views. Nothing prepared me for having my own island for a week. The grounds were meticulously maintained and Ellen was always available to answer questions and to make sure everything was to our liking. From simple things like a neighbor playing the star spangled banner every morning to black squirrels cackling at strangers in their land I felt like I went back in time.... a time of luxury and relaxation. There also was a wonderful fire pit where we spent hours just talking and laughing and seeing more stars than i've seen in ages.
Just go. You will love love love this property; the owner and the peace and tranquility of one of the most beautiful area's I have ever visited"
