"This is a place for those who want to get away from it all. Looking out the main window, you don't know whether to watch the birds and critters in the foreground or gaze at the mountains beyond. The Kilkellys are welcoming hosts, yet The West Wing feels totally separate from the main house. Walking the grounds is a treat. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."

"A stunning view, beautifully appointed and comfortable home with access to the mountains, hiking, waterfalls, local artisan shops and restaurants! What a treat! It's a great place just to put your feet up and relax or take in all the area has to offer. Every detail has been covered in the condo , gorgeous back porch and the beds are very comfortable! We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay"

"This was my family's first mountain vacation. This cabin is gorgeous. Just what we wanted. Plenty of room, very clean and all the comforts of home. There was even soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, and other little things included. The pool was nice. We had that to ourself on two occasions. We enjoyed a nice dinner at a little restaraunt called Roma's in Nebo. It was a short drive to several attractions. Hiking at Linville falls was very pretty. We drove on the parkway and stopped at several outposts. We spent a day tubing on the toe river at Carolina Hemlock and a day in some local stores. All in all a great time! The only con was the train that comes by a few times a night. The property is near a railroad crossing so the train blows its whistle while passing. Not enough nuisance to keep me away though."
