Perfect for our ski vacation
"Serenity on Sugar was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen was large enough for group cooking and included granite countertops, a slow cooker (perfect after spending all day skiing) and good pantry space.
Each bedroom was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
Not about the cabin, but the snow was perfect!"

"The group I was with couldn't have been more pleased with this wonderful place. Comfortable and cozy without being cramped. Glen made us feel welcome and couldn't have been more gracious. We intended to camp during this time but storms in the area washed those dreams away, however, Angie's Sugar Shack was the found rainbow and pot of gold for us. The only downside? We had to go home. Highly, highly recommended."

"The house was gorgeous and had more room than expected. It was perfect for 3 couples and we liked that every bedroom had a bathroom in it. Location is great and the sugar ski shuttle picks up right in front of the house to take you skiing, restaurants or Food Lion. The driveway is steep and hard to manuver to park multiple cars at the top but w e were able to fit 3 cars and a prius made it up the driveway, so it was not an issue. The owner was responsive and was very understanding. We will definitely recommend the house to friends and hope to stay here again next year!
On a side note, I would recommend packing essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to save you some time if you weren't planning to go to the store."

"This was a beautiful location for a wedding! We had two families come together to spend a week as we prepared for a wedding on Friday night. The accomadations were modern and kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the barn was the perfect location for the wedding and reception. The weather was spectacular and we enjoyed hours on the large wrap around porch."
