"A great facility for our family of various ages, equipped with an elevator, near restaurants, the beach, and attractions."Guest: Jim Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: November 6, 2013View listing
"We had such a nice stay for our week in Atlantic Beach! The house was perfect! We took my 85 year old father and mother and they were able to stay mostly on the top floor and participate with the family. The elevator was not working when we arrived - the door on the inside was left ajar - and I called and got an immediate response and the elevator was fixed before my parents arrived. Perfect! My nephews and sons stayed in the room with 2 queen beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner each night. There were plenty of linens. We did need to get paper products, trash bags, etc. Food Lion was close by and we highly recommend the Shark Shack for fresh seafood and the Resort Grill for breakfast. Great beach! Clean, shelling was great! Would come back again."Guest: Mari P. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 27, 2014View listing
"Thank you for a wonderful week in Emerald Isle! Our two families enjoyed your beach home very much. We found it clean, well-equipped and spacious. The washer and dryer were fantastic and the new refrigerator was wonderful. We had a shrimp and crab boil in the big pot you provided and that dinner was a huge favorite with everyone! We had many family game nights around the big dining table. The walk to the beach was effortless and the rocking chairs were enjoyed by all! My youngest son thought your collection of boogie boards was amazing…he picked his favorite and rode it all week!"Guest: Diane Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 3, 2014View listing
"We just had our second stay at Sunkissed and this visit was every bit as wonderful as the first. Spacious, beautiful house, EASY walk to beautiful beach (LOVE the cart!). We have rented homes on VRBO all over the country, and my husband said this was the best house out of all of them! Our hints for a great stay in Emerald Isle include: ~ Don't shop at Food Lion on Saturday, too busy and prices are increased on that day. Go over the bridge and turn left to go to Piggly Wiggly just down the road! ~ Sweet Spot has great ice cream and if you want you can get a single scoop that is split so you can try two flavors, saves cash and heartache! LOL! ~ Jordan's has fantastic food and good prices, the softshell crab is a treat! ~ Bogue Inlet pier is a a great place to see dolphins, jellyfish, bull sharks, etc. For $10 you can get a pass to fish for the day, rent a rod and bait and have fun! This ended up being one of our favorite days! ~ Fort Macon is an interesting place to visit, check the website to find out when they have cannon and musket demonstrations. ~ Rucker John's has an hour wait for a table usually, but well worth it! The food was delicious. You can't go wrong renting this house! Clean, comfortable, and very, very spacious. Enjoy!!!"Guest: Sarah E. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 2, 2014View listing
