"Great place to stay, very clean, kinda small but everything we needed for just my husband, me and our 2 yr old! Pool was nice, walk to beach was very close! Will stay if we visit this beach again! The owner was helpful in places to visit, things to see, she was wonderful!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at this very clean and roomy beach house. The owners provide many extras in case you forget something; like shampoo, beach towels, toothpaste, boogie boards etc.
The bunk beds are full beds not just twins and there is a tv in every room! And it's a very short walk to the beach. Thank you for having us. The Armands"

"I took my wife and two young boys for a much anticipated beach vacation and was so pleased with License to Chill! Owners were so great to work with and very patient after a little snafu on my end. Unit is so beachy without being over the top. The location was ideal and the beach access and pool access were so convenient. Kitchen was well equipped, furnishings and beds comfortable and the boys loved the bunk beds. All the TVs and dvd players worked perfectly and gave great diversion when the sun was too hot or bedtime was around the corner. Can't say enough about how great the owners were to work with and how clean and comfortable the unit was. We hope to return next year!"

""Sea it All" is an incredible property for family gatherings or any large groups wanting just about every ammenity imaginable. My wife and I love planning events that will get our 2 sons and their families together with us. We are 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 1 to 12. Normally the last family in gets the twin beds. At this property, all the adults had King suites wth en suites. The two girls got bunk beds and the twelve y.o. boy got a private queen sized room. Everyone was pleased!
The next exceptional ammenity was the kitchen/dining table which could seat 14 easily and family room. Because of the baby, we ate most of our meals at the property. Every possible cooking utensil, pan or serving piece was provided. I'm an avid cook and I didn't think to bring my knives. I won't forget them next year. They also had two to three sets of dishes. How did we clean all of those dishes and glasses? The place was equipped with two dishwashers! At first I wondered if two washers was really necessary. That question was answered after our first meal. Now I'm sorry that I didn't put two in when we remodeled our kitchen. The space was laid out perfectly. The fact that it was opened to the family room and the dining room made it a place that we spent the majority of our time.
That brings up the elevator. I don't know how we would have gotten all of our luggage and me up three flights of stairs. 4 weeks ago, I had surgery to repair both of my Achilles' tendons. I was in a wheelchair and had air casts on both feet. My sons are both still in shape and they could have carried me up and down but movement inside and out multiple times during the day would have been a challenge.
This place also had a private pool! The pool gave me the opportunity get some sun and splash around with the kids.
In summary, "Sea it All" is a place that offers so much at a very reasonable price. Please go "Sea it All" for yourself!"
