"we had a wonderful time staying at the house and seeing the surrounding area. It was ideal for walking around Beaufort, for enjoying local restaurants and for going to the beach. The house itself is comfortable, lovely and has all the amenities one could hope for. We lookin forward to returning soon."

"We spent the week at this house with 6 adults and 4 children, ages 5 and under. Had a wonderful time. The house was very clean (a few large stains on the carpet, but not a real big deal), and the linens and full-sized crib were already there when we opened the door. If you bring real young children, I recommend you bring baby gates; one to block the stairs and one to block the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you love to cook while on vacation, bring extra tools (and maybe one or two sharp knives). Also, the fridge really does take 24 hours to get back to normal cold temperature. Keep that in mind before you stock it with perishables.
The house itself is great. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and sunny. The "dorm" bedroom would be a great place for cousins to sleep–I can just imagine the memories that could be built in that room.
The deck is very large and spacious. We bought a small plastic pool, filled it with water, and let the little ones play in it. Very helpful when everyone is tired of sand. The walk to the beach was very short, which is nice when the sand is hot.
This house is fantastic for the rate. We would gladly return another time!"

"We came to your home for our annual girls weekend of 4 adult ladies. The condo was clean and cutely decorated. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a big plus! Many little extras were there. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. It rained our whole stay so we really enjoyed the comfy couch and plenty of living room seating. The smart tv was also a plus! We enjoyed dinner at Amos mosquito! Our only complaint was the bed on the top bunk was previously soiled and smelled. The lady that had that bed chose to sleep in the pull out, but was comfy there. We did wash the cover of the mattress to try and help out the next guess. The stairs were brutal but we stayed in so much due to the rain. We'd definitely consider coming back!! Thank you!"

"If you want to stay someplace that is a little "different," but is also welcoming, and in a great location, look no further. It has lots of natural light. We were happy the hosts were okay with us bringing our parrots and rabbit, who also enjoyed watching the squirrels, finches, butterflies, mockingbirds, and mourning doves who would visit the large wrap-around porch outside. The mattresses and sheets were incredibly comfortable, possibly the most comfortable ones I've ever experienced at any hotel or vacation rental. There is also a large shower and a charming tub. Everything is laid out and thought carefully out so that you don't have to look far for whatever it is you might need. Downtown New Bern is a short trip away, just over the bridge. I highly recommend it!"
