"This is my families second vacation at this property! The house is very nice and well maintained by the owners! There have been numerous updates since our last stay. The home at milepost 15.5 and this is a great locations for families with children. You can walk to a small amusement park, mini golf and go cart track. We also walked for breakfast at the Dunes Restaurant and to the pier. The Ice Cream Parlor is 2 blocks away along with Wings and Forbes! I can not stay anything negative about our second experience at the property!"

"My family cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home! The home is lovely and clean. The location is even better than the pictures! The owners were very friendly, helpful, and honest. We are a Midwest family. Having the opportunity to catch crab, kayak, swim in an amazing pool, and enjoy beautiful sunsets on a fantastic dock are things we do not get an opportunity to do where we live. The owners provided so many wonderful things for us to use free of charge. They care about their home and the comfort of their guests. We took the Swan Quarter ferry to Ocracoke island for the day, toured Washington, NC, took the ferry to Aurora where we dug for fossils and visited their museum where I bought a great pair of fossil earrings made by the lady at the counter. We even bought a bucket of the mined dirt from the museum and brought it to Missouri where my 12 yr old son and I found tons of fossils in it! Bath, NC is quiet and full of history. The people are very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a great home, trustworthy owners, relaxation, fun and adventure, then rent this home! We plan to return! Thank you, Larry and Carol, for opening your home to our family!"

"I took my boyfriend to Nags Head for his birthday last weekend. We stayed at Sea Spray's Cottage #4 and had an incredible time. We were conveniently able to bring our dog, which the fenced in back yard was perfect for! We brought some spices and a few cooking utensils from home, although the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The grocery stores were close and we were also able to pick up some incredible fresh seafood at Austin's right down the street. Beach access was so close and we took many walks along the beach and in the area with our dog. The bedroom is very cozy, and the bathroom is just big enough! Internet worked well and parking was sufficient. Having never been to the outer banks before, this was the perfect location for us. There were many restaurants nearby and in walking distance that we were able to go to. We explored a little further out to Duck, and realized we definitely picked a great spot to stay since so many things were in walking distance. The drive to Duck was beautiful, but staying at Sea Spray Cottages allowed us to really relax and enjoy our time. We would have had to drive a lot more, had we stayed in another area.
Thank you for providing this one-of-a-kind opportunity. We can't wait to go back, although we don't know when, and will definitely consider staying here again!"

"Great location, excellent facility and wonderful owners to deal with. Very easy transaction from check in to check out - hassle and stress free, just as vacation should be. The location was good for what we were looking for - off the beaten path a bit, away from the busy crowds of Kitty Hawk but still close enough to everything you need. Access to beach and sound both within very short walking distance. Great deck to enjoy the afternoon sun and morning coffee on. Immaculate accomodations with all ammenities, never wanted for anything. There were only two of us (and a dog) but with three bedrooms and large living areas including open kitchen/dining area and screened in porch and open decks - it would have been more then big enough for a large family or several couples. We were there is late March so shops in town weren't all open, but there was still enough open to meet our needs. Neighbourhood was great with friendly people and good privacy. Really enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend. And if you are into Kiteboarding, this is the place to be - several rental outfits within walking distance, a great day use area less then 5min drive and beach access everywhere."
