"We came to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect location on a quiet cul de sac. Camp George is a lovely home where you can truly relax and enjoy family time. It has everything you'll need from beach chairs and umbrellas to blenders and coffee pots. My parents took full advantage of the screened porch and deck while I used the boogie board! One of the best features was the kindness and attention to detail of the owners. Patty kept in touch just enough to make sure all was going well. We also loved Duck. It is a beautiful town with shops to browse and lots to do. My Labrador loved the beach just a short walk from the cottage."Guest: Cheryl Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 22, 2014View listing
"Wow! Amazing Vacation Getaway. This home was immaculate and plenty of room for guests with small children. We loved the Ms. Pac Man game and enjoyed coffee by the fireplace. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. A walk to beach and great shops. Really enjoyed Wild Adventures Horses. Thank you Mike & Meg:)"Guest: Pattie B Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 10, 2014View listing
"I can't say enough great things about this house. It had everything we needed for a wonderful family beach vacation with 10 adults and 4 kids! The pools was the perfect size for the little ones, and the slide was a great hit. Everything was clean when we arrived and the house has just about every kitchen appliance that you can think of, which definitely makes cooking for a large crowd a lot easier. The house was definitely kid friendly, with lots of place for the kids to play where we could keep an eye on them. And the beach was only a short walk away. The house is also very well built, making the rooms very quiet and easier for afternoon naps for the little ones. Our only complaint was that the vacuum cleaners needed a little cleaning themselves before we used them. And Lynn, Rich & Nick were all extremely helpful and attentive both leading up to our vacation and during our vacation. I would definitely recommend this for any family or group looking to have a nice beach vacation in the Outer Banks for a great price."Guest: Anne Marie Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: October 21, 2014View listing
