"We arrived to a very clean condo overlooking Pamlico Sound. Very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Everything we needed was there although we did have to buy bathroom soap and extra bathroom tissue. The owner was very fast in replying to our inquires and overall very friendly to deal with. The condo was very quiet but we did hear the upstairs neighbours from time to time. The wifi was very fast and the AC worked flawlessly during the hot humid August. This is one of the few places where you can book for less than a week. We would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in outer banks."Guest: D. C. "Overall, this house exceeded expectations. We had family and friends with us to celebrate a 50th birthday and everyone had a terrific time. The house was very well represented on the website and the owner, as well as the reality company, was very easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. We would recommend this house to others. House guest ages ranged from 2 to 50 and this location worked for all!"Guest: E Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"The cabana was even better than described. I loved the location and cottage style. Kitchen had everything to cook any meal. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Harbor Seafood, A.S. Austin Rentals, Hatteras Saturday night Fire Hall Fish Fry, and ferry ride to Ocracoke Island."Guest: Susan Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 29, 2014View listing
"This adorable little cottage was remarkable for my family. Very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen I found was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and serving. Was just the right size to accommodate four adults and two children. Just three house from the walkway on the dunes to the beach. Which is a touch of heaven. The evenings were very relaxing, an extremely safe walk to the beach to enjoy the campfire while the kids delighted in ghost crab hunting. Just down the road is the entrance to the ferry. A stone throw away to a convenience store which has odds and ends from groceries, gas, to everything a fisherman would need. We had the wonderful opportunity in meeting the owners Alan and Susan while we were on our vacation. Exceptional couple truly caring and friendly. We feel as though we have made new friends. Definitely a do over!! :)"Guest: Grammy Pammy Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 6, 2014View listing
