Beautiful Home, Clean and Spacious. Perfect for two families to stay comfortably!
"This was our first visit to the Outer Banks. My family of four and my sister's family of four had never been to the area. We all left feeling very lucky that we found SeaEsta! It's a very spacious home with enough rooms to give us all the privacy we needed while providing an amazing living space on the top floor to meet, eat and laugh. Robin is the perfect VRBO owner, she is responsive, accommodating but also gives her guests the freedom to enjoy her home without feeling like "visitors". The house has plenty of light with a calming and peaceful atmosphere. We found ourselves sitting out on the top floor deck drinking wine and looking at the ocean every night. We fell in love with the Outer Banks and I believe it had everything to do with the place we were staying. I would recommend the house to anyone who is looking for a laid back vacation with family. Our children's ages ranged from 6 to 11 year old. The biggest hit for the kids was the pool table, they played for hours in the game room rarely coming upstairs (which added to our enjoyment of the wine on the top floor deck). We hope to stay at SeaEstas again. It was truly a wonderful find."

"Our vacation at the OBX was very nice. This trip is our second stay in this house. The new paint job makes the house very cheerful. A few other upgrades would make it even better. We look forward to future visits here."

"First of all, I want to say that esthetically, this condo is very nice, with very high end furniture. Yet, the electronic entertainment (i.e. Wi-Fi, cable, DVD players and all but one TV) were on disrepair and antiquated. Not that we wanted to spend our vacation watching TV, but it would have been nice to watch a movie together at night in the living area, but the TV didn't have sound, and the DVD player would not play movies. Tried to pick up the Wi-Fi on my ROKU player but the signal was not strong enough to even be picked up by my phone.
Across Route 12 is the beach access, which is shared with a large condominium complex, which sets up umbrellas every morning for it's tenant/guests, making it extremely crowded. We opted to drive further West on Route 12 to find less populated beached to enjoy ourselves without feeling like we were "on-top" of an infinite amount of families.
I know this sounds negative, but I was slightly disappointed, wishing I would have known about the over populated beach and that we were in walking distance of the "foodie scene".
One last thing. The bathrooms are very oddly placed. There are 3 bathrooms but they can only be accesses through the bedrooms. Which turned out to be slightly awkward when my nephews (whom were on the couches) woke us up in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
Kitchen great, appliances were very nice but too complicated for a novice chef. The view of the Highway and condos across the street was loud and busy all day and night, but inside the condo you could not hear the road noise. The upstairs media room was nice but there was only enough seating room for 3, the movie projector was inoperative (they had put a large screen TV in front of it) but the media system was so troublesome, and the instructions that were provided had not been updated for the new TV.
I guess I was expecting too much, but I think the money to furnish the rental property was disproportionate with the rest of the aesthetics."
