FAMILY FISHING TRIP
"Our family visited the OBX for a fun getaway to go pier fishing. We caught a lot of fish and had a great time fishing. Really enjoyed the great weather they have in November!! Lots of stores and things to do in that area. This house is in a great location close to everything... The outdoor space is amazing. The first floor suite is a nice space with a wonderful TV for some great football. Overall had a great time!"

"My family and I took an impromptu vacation during our boys' spring break from school. We needed a place that we could bring our dogs to and that would be comfortable for humans. So many times, we've rented "pet friendly" places that weren't really set up for dogs and certainly weren't enjoyable for people either, but Bella Casa was different. The yard is actually fenced in, meaning no open areas that the dogs can get out, high enough walls that the dogs can't jump over them and the yard itself is safe for the dogs. What a comfort.
We walked down to see the sunset in the evenings, rode our bikes in the great biking neighborhood and utilized the multi-purpose trail near the home as well. The house is also centrally located to The Wright Brother's Memorial, Jockey's Ridge and several of our favorite restaurants. I was also able to make the quick trip to the YMCA each morning to work out. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back again."

"1/2 the money of oceanfront across the street from private access. Great views, contemporary and bright inside, working central air, convenient outdoor shower so you don't track sand into the house. This is important since this is a 'self-clean' house, and you want to keep the mess to a minimum so you don't spend your whole last morning cleaning. Personally I would have preferred to pay for a cleaning service, but it is made completely clear that you're on your own. Accomodating & friendly owner-operators, you don't have to go to some manager's office during office hours to get keys. Sunday-to-Sunday avoids the traffic on Saturday turn day (though even the Saturday traffic wasn't as bad as expected).
As noted, house is bright and modern inside, you can find wear if you look with some of the personal property but you've got what you need and whatever else you get from K-Mart walking distance away. The house is really at a perfect standard for a beach house, you don't have to wear white gloves. Since the public beach access is some ways down, this stretch of beach is not very crowded and there are no condos, hotels, or apartments right here. Pretty much all the surrounding houses are seasonal rentals, too, so the beach is populated by other families on vacation - really quite pleasant. As is typical, you do not have access to the garage but there is covered parking for 2 cars plus the driveway.
So no complaints and we'll certainly look this place up the next time we decide to drive cross-country. Thanks."

"This house is excellent. It's in a great location. It is tucked away in a quiet corner, but still close enough to everything you need. There is an easy walk to the beach or a close place to park for free if you'd prefer to drive. The crow's nest was the perfect place for breakfast and to watch the sunset. Kathy was a delight to do business with and we plan on renting this house next year."
