"We had a great time. The house was what we were looking for in a rental. We had an ant problem in the kitchen sink area but ant traps helped. Kids thought the house was great. Off the beaten path but close to the beach and friends. Would recommend this place to anyone with a group of people. Would rent this house again."

"What a gem. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo.
The view from the balcony is excellent and the condo was clean, bug free , and well kept. It is well appointed with a nice kitchen. We prepared a couple meals without missing anything. We loved the location: You are very close to many dining options, ice cream stores, shopping , and a movie theatre. While Kill Devil Hills is a busier part of OBX, , the location of the condo oceanfront had a different more private feel. You are a just a few minutes away from the main strip but the complex itself was generally very quiet. It was easily accessible with elevators which were very appreciated moving in and checking out. This would be a fantastic option for seniors or those with issues doing stairs. The rooms/ bedding were very comfortable. Most importantly, we greatly appreciated this condo being pet friendly. We don't travel without our dogs. We took our two goldens and they loved an early morning walk and watching the waves roll in on the balcony. We found the other vacationers with dogs to be very responsible in cleaning up after their pets. I think everyone appreciated the pet friendly nature of the complex. Nice area to potty the dogs, well lit, with clean up bag dispenser.
We traveled with our two young children and they loved the pool and had a great time at the beach. We enjoyed a visit from pod of dolphins on our second day. They enjoyed sampling the various ice cream stores in town. The condo complex is a little light on rainy day options but many can be found nearby with a movie theatre a few miles away, etc.
Have stayed in OBX 5 other times for vacation and this is now our top choice when traveling with just our small family. Perfect choice if you don't need a big house and you wont find a better oceanfront property for a small family just planning to chill for the week. We hated to leave and will look it up again next time we head for OBX."

Beautiful Home, Clean and Spacious. Perfect for two families to stay comfortably!
"This was our first visit to the Outer Banks. My family of four and my sister's family of four had never been to the area. We all left feeling very lucky that we found SeaEsta! It's a very spacious home with enough rooms to give us all the privacy we needed while providing an amazing living space on the top floor to meet, eat and laugh. Robin is the perfect VRBO owner, she is responsive, accommodating but also gives her guests the freedom to enjoy her home without feeling like "visitors". The house has plenty of light with a calming and peaceful atmosphere. We found ourselves sitting out on the top floor deck drinking wine and looking at the ocean every night. We fell in love with the Outer Banks and I believe it had everything to do with the place we were staying. I would recommend the house to anyone who is looking for a laid back vacation with family. Our children's ages ranged from 6 to 11 year old. The biggest hit for the kids was the pool table, they played for hours in the game room rarely coming upstairs (which added to our enjoyment of the wine on the top floor deck). We hope to stay at SeaEstas again. It was truly a wonderful find."

"My daughters and I had an amazing stay at Easy Landing. Nice comfortable home with ample space and a huge kitchen. 2 blocks off of the beach, well within walking distance. Very clean and I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside to me was the highway traffic noise at night, other than that it was excellent."
