Perfect vacation ever!
"Thank you so much Judi for giving us the opportunity to rent your beautiful beach house. I had also rented another beach house close by, because there were just so many of us that we needed the space. Let me tell you that the second house cost more to rent than the Kneas house, but the Kneas house was by far more beautiful and spacious. Your house was where most of our wonderful family gathering took place. So many memories were made here, and we definitely plan to come back to the Kneas house again next year. Best family reunion ever, in a beautiful house, with the people you love. How much more could we have asked for? Perfect. Thank you!!!"

"This was our 2nd trip to the OBX and it did not disappoint! Great location, close to beach (2 minute walk). Great neighborhood vibe. Pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition and a great way to unwind after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. The house is well maintained, nicely decorated and has a well appointed kitchen. We cooked most meals at the house and didn't lack for any item. Weber charcoal grill located in the pool area served us well. Several restaurants, mini-golf and shopping within walking distance. Love the wrap around decks on 2nd and 3rd levels and the screened in porch off the kitchen was a great option for evenings. From our first email corespondence Howard was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or inquiries. Highly recommend this property for families of all ages or adult groups. It's centrally located. About an hour drive to Corolla, 1.5 hours to Hatteras light house...well worth the drive! If you are going that far you may as well head to Ocracoke which is a great little gem. Ferry lines are long so get there early! Great week, great vacation...thank you Howard for providing us with a wonderful home!"

"We returned to Chillin this year because we fell in love with it last year! We reserved our week early in the year, and within a week or 2, we realized we may have to shift weeks. Hariet worked with us, allowed us to move our week, and if our situation changed, would move us back if it was available. Sadly it wasn't, but that was fine.
I have to say, the fridge and the bathroom in the laundry room downstairs is one of my most favorite amenities here. A quick run back and I can keep the house sand free, AND grab another cold drink for the walk back to the beach.
A block off the beach and a half-block north with a view of the ocean from the deck I couldn't ask for more."

Beautiful Home, Clean and Spacious. Perfect for two families to stay comfortably!
"This was our first visit to the Outer Banks. My family of four and my sister's family of four had never been to the area. We all left feeling very lucky that we found SeaEsta! It's a very spacious home with enough rooms to give us all the privacy we needed while providing an amazing living space on the top floor to meet, eat and laugh. Robin is the perfect VRBO owner, she is responsive, accommodating but also gives her guests the freedom to enjoy her home without feeling like "visitors". The house has plenty of light with a calming and peaceful atmosphere. We found ourselves sitting out on the top floor deck drinking wine and looking at the ocean every night. We fell in love with the Outer Banks and I believe it had everything to do with the place we were staying. I would recommend the house to anyone who is looking for a laid back vacation with family. Our children's ages ranged from 6 to 11 year old. The biggest hit for the kids was the pool table, they played for hours in the game room rarely coming upstairs (which added to our enjoyment of the wine on the top floor deck). We hope to stay at SeaEstas again. It was truly a wonderful find."
