Great Place to Relax
"First time we had rented a house and we loved it!! Plenty of room for large families. Kids enjoyed fishing and crabing. All enjoyed canoe and kayaks. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with beatiful view from decks. Boys especially loved the bunk room with the sofa, ping pong table, and own frige for snacks. Already looking forward to next year. Owner very polite and quick to answer any questions. Thanks Claire for sharing your place with us!!"

"This house, the sound crab, is excellent!! all the amenities & conveniences R there, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well appointed & functioning. The air conditioning was cold & functioning. Very safe neighborhood, great to ride bikes around on the bike path. MP 7, close to OXB brew pub, & Food Lion. The sunset & sunrise views are spectacular!!! the sky from the deck was the highlight of the trip. Even when cloudy or threat of rain, the clouds & skies are incredible. Lots of wildlife right outside the door in the sound."

"Our group of 4 people and 2 dogs had a great week at Rancho Relaxo. The house is tucked just far enough behind the bypass to be quiet, and yet close enough to be able to walk up to the beach or the beach road. For beach trips with more stuff, it is a very short drive and we found plenty of parking at public beach access points a few blocks south of the house (If you drive straight to the beach, there are 2 hotels, and the beach is more crowded). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we found the grill to be suitable for grilling some steaks and corn one night. The beds were comfortable, and the ceiling fans in each bedroom felt great on skin that maybe got a bit too much sun... The beach chairs and umbrella had some wear on them, but that is to be expected of equipment that is used continually, I think. We rode the bikes to dinner one evening, and other than needing some air in the tires, that was fun and the bikes were suitable. Overall, we had a great week and our biggest problem was that it went by too fast."

"I arrived on a cold Friday afternoon. Though the temperature read 28, the sun, and the feeling of being at the beach made the cottage so warm... if felt as though it could be a spring afternoon. The cottage always feels like staying with an old friend and not a rental. Had such a nice time there. Can't wait to return."
