"This cozy little, romantic cottage for two, was just what we wanted. It had beautiful sunset views over the sound and everything we needed. Absolutely spotless and the best rental agency ever. What a wonderful vacation!"Guest: Ali Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 2, 2014View listing
"Horatio's Too is even more charming and comfortable in person than in the pictures provided. We have rented many places off vrbo over the years and can honestly say this one is our favorite. The house is well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. Our young sons (6 & 8) loved crabbing in the canal and paddling around in the provided canoe. They told us this was the best vacation of their lives. If you're looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to vacation, Ocracoke is it! The property owner was helpful and easy to work with. We are already planning our return trip for next summer and can't say enough good things about this house."Guest: Shannon R. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 12, 2014View listing
"The Sunfetcher proved to be the perfect choice for us. The water problem, mentioned frequently in these reviews, didn't seem to be that big a problem; basically, it smelled like well water often does at both campgrounds and cottages in Northern Michigan. Buy drinking water and all is fine. The smell dissapated in the shower when we let it run a bit. The important things to us were privacy, relaxation, and convenience; this place had it all. We sometimes felt like we were living in a tree house. Michelle was reponsive and helpful during the entire process of reserving, renting, and inhabiting the cottage. It was convenient to the village; we could and did walk to many spots. We could site on the deck in complete privacy. When we return to Ocracoke, we will definitely choose Sunfetcher if it is available."Guest: Susan Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 12, 2014View listing
