"2014 marked our 5th visit to Ocracoke and our second consecutive year at this amazing house! We had such a great stay in this house last year that we decided to come back again. This house is perfect for our family of five (two adults, two small children and our Miniature Schnauzer, Jack). It has everything we need and plenty of space. It is always very clean and ready for our arrival. The owner is fantastic to work with and always available to answer any questions we've had about local vendors, places to visit, etc. Our trip this year was cut short because of Hurricane Arthur, but we are hoping to get back for a visit this fall! We love Ocracoke and we love this house!!"Guest: Julie W. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 12, 2014View listing
"What an exquisite home! Truly thought of everything when designing & building! Screened porch was amazing for reading our books & playing our games & having our meals when we didn't eat out. So many memories made with our family. Our 2 Golden retrievers loved it too we think. They were so exhausted from swimming, wave jumping, early morning walks... Truly the best home we have ever stayed at on the Island. Can't wait to come back next year & hopefully no early summer hurricanes so we don't miss a single day! :)"Guest: Heather Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing
"We had a wonderful vacation in Ocracoke. The house, SISTERS, was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and came equipped with all that you could need to feel at home. It was convenient, just a pleasant walk or a quick bike ride into the heart of town. We will stay their again if we have the opportunity."Guest: Bob & Ann Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 22, 2014View listing
"We were hesitant to write a review as we didn't want the best kept secret of Ocracoke out! Baby Duck is a fabulous, magical cottage. We have rented several VRBO properties and this is the best! The cottage is nicely furnished and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. We loved the screened-in porch and barbecue in the yard. The outdoor shower was also great! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. And a huge plus is that all the items were really good quality. Often when you get a rental vacation home kitchen items are inexpensive -- not at Baby Duck! The loft area was a wonderful get away to read a book and take a nap! The outdoor sink/fish cleaning area was a plus to hose off beach furniture! Thank you to the owners and the on site management company. They answered all our questions and were great to work with! Can't wait until we return!"Guest: Vicki Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 12, 2014View listing
