"We had a wonderful time and your home was beautiful definitely accomadating for a large group! The weather was great for the most part and would love to rent again during warmer weather. The only thing my guests were disappointed about was that there were no tips on the cue sticks for the pool table so they couldn't play pool. Otherwise our stay was great and we would definitely stay again. Next time we will take our kids. Such an adventure driving through the Sand and seeing the wild horses. It's pretty great taking everything out to the beach using your vehicle. Thank you again Brenda for the awesome rental property."

"This condo was perfect for our family of four. There was ample room for all, both front and rear balconies with excellent views. One of the local Dolphin Tours picks you up just a few steps away from the condo.
We used the full kitchen to save on cost of eating out each meal. In addition there is a community swimming pool that was fabulous for the boys after some busy days.
The island was easy to get around and close enough to all of the local activities.
Will be on our list of "got to do this again"."

"When we pulled up to the property, we more more than excited. When we left, we were more than satisfied with our stay. Alan made the process easy and was a truly great communicator. Any questions we had, he was sure to be attentive and helpful. The location was great! The beach is a quick three minute walk, as is Harris Teeter and Duck Donuts! Although the pool was closed for our visit, we still utilized the area for grilling, playing corn hole (we brought) and listening to music. All in all after a week, each of the 14 in the group now calls this getaway our second home."

"We loved our week at Chillin! The house is pristine, with lots of light -- very roomy. Enough space for everyone (in our case, a family of four) to spread out, or spend time hanging out together. It had everything we needed, down to fun puzzles and games for the kids. The beds are super comfy, and there are two very nice flat screen TVs. The house is on a very quiet street, but very close to the beach (close enough to hear the waves at night). My kids (3 and 8) had so much fun -- we made some really special family memories there. The area under the house was ideal for rainy-day scooter time, and the fenced yard was perfect for frisbee time. The downstairs shower was ideal for post-beach rinse-off, and the gated upstairs deck was lovely for outdoor meals, complete with sea view. The beach was peaceful, not crowded at all even on the hottest days. It's a short drive to all kinds of fun stuff, like the NC Aquarium, Jennette's Pier. A must for us: two nearby cafes that have excellent coffee/espresso, and there's even a wonderful wine and cheese shop. Most of all, we appreciated Hariet, the owner, who responded immediately to my texts when I had any questions, and was very helpful with giving us all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. It's clear that she and her husband have gone to great lengths to make Chillin special. We will be coming back next year!"
