"This how is incredibly clean and very well taken care of, the location is the icing on top! The views from the top deck are breath taking and the shops and places to eat around are amazing aswell. You could walk anywhere you want, especially the beach which is just steps away from the house! This house has everything and more and my family and I loved every moment of our vacation in the outer banks thanks to this house and we will be back!"

  • "Sea's Calling" is a great getaway!

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Avon, NC and our stay at Sea's Calling. We loved the easy walk to the beach for morning coffee and sunsets. The kitchen is fully-equipped and open to the living room, which maximized our family time together. The private master bedroom suite with a deck was a nice feature, too. It is only a short drive to nice sight-seeing destinations including the Hatteras Light Station and the ferry trip to Ocracoke Island. The grocery store is right around the corner. Hostesses Mary Ellen and Michelle were very quick to respond and accommodated our last-minute travel plans. We'd highly recommend Sea's Calling to other families looking for a fun and relaxing stay!"

  • iveycoast beach house review

"Awesome house, my whole family had an amazing time. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Everything except golf within a 20 minute drive. Have friends and family already planning their own trips back. Only disappointing thing was we paid to have the pool heated for the week and only got 2 days of heat due to problems with the heater. Did get a 2 day refund."

"The property exceeded our expectations. The salt box is your home away from home. The kitchen comes well stocked with equipment to make just about any meal. We also took advantage of the grill while we were there which is very well maintained. The house is very close to the beach and local restaurants. The owner checked in on us our first day just to make sure we settled in ok. The property manager also dropped in to ensure we had basic supplies. We would stay there again if in the area."
