I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a wonderful week and appreciated having a fourth bedroom, desk area and half bath in the loft area. Suggestions: the unit needs a hair dryer, better light for reading in the living room area and a kayak."

"My family has stayed at Merritt on Bramble multiple times and we have celebrated many birthdays and holidays there. Lots of wonderful memories!! It's a perfect location on the island, a quiet cul de sac, yet close to the conservancy and the Shoals Club,a 3 minute walk to the beach with a great view of the beach from the 2nd floor porch. It's very well equipped kitchenwise and the garage has 4 adult bikes (with helmets) and one darling little girls' bike that was perfect for my granddaughter. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The 2 golf carts come in really handy when some want to climb Old Baldy while others want to go swimming at the Shoals Club. It's very nicely decorated and comfortable. If by chance it storms while you're there there are tons of books, DVDs, games and puzzles to keep you from being bored. The master bedroom and bath are really spacious and the crofter is perfect for grandma to go and have some quiet time away from the kids but would also be great for teenagers. We will definitely return. I really recommend all the activities at the conservancy. We did touch tank, crabbing, reptile roundup and kids' fishing, this time. We've previously done bird watching, turtle walk and Bald Head at night. All are excellent."

"My wife and I, with our children, and their significant others, stayed at Lazy Loggerhead last week - 12 of us in total. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and the bedroom setup was perfect as well. The master suite is beyond compare and was like having our own private apartment within the house - which proved quite useful at times! The 6 bathrooms is unheard of, and greatly needed and appreciated. We were treated to seeing Fluffy the large, old aligator on our first night just outside the pond across the street - quite an experience for all of us. The house itself is very nicely equipped, beautifully decorated, and simply a treat to spend a week in. The location is ideal as it is between the market and the harbor and the beach, making for an easy trip to any of these locations. I would highly recommend renting this house for a visit to BHI. Thanks Amanda for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

"This is our third year staying at this wonderful beach house and it keeps getting better! Loved the updates to the living room. We can't get enough of the views, the easy walk to the beach, and those fab adirondack chairs on the porch. Stocked with beach chairs, bikes, everything you need for a perfect beach stay. Thanks as always - and can't wait for next year (#4)!"
