Fantastic vacation with great cycling
"My wife and I stayed for a week in early May (just before the season officially starts), and we had a great time. The condo looks even better in person than in the photos, and it is wonderful to be so close to the beach.
I especially enjoyed having garage access in addition to the parking pass as it gave me a place to store my bike and gear. Pleasure Island is a good place for cycling with relatively little traffic and very few stop signs or traffic lights once you're on the main road that goes the length of the island. River Road (which is across the bridge to the mainland) is also a nice spot for a ride, and it goes all the way to Wilmington.
My wife and I look forward to coming back in the future."

"Fantastic trip! The condo was clean which was a BIG deal for me. We rented the linens and they smelled like bleach :-) so I was happy! No real bells and whistles but it's literally ON THE BEACH with awesome views. There was free parking onsite which was also super helpful. The managmeent company couldn't have been nicer and they left a lot of tourist information for us in the unit. The only challenge is that it's a top floor unit which made it very difficult to bring things up and down. Comfortable beds. Would return again for sure!"

"This property worked out great for me and my three friends to stay for a long weekend. It was clean when we arrived except for a few beach bugs that found their way in, understandably. The property isn't super well maintained and updated but that's kind of what I expect in a beach home. There was plenty of space to move around and hang out indoors and all the appliances seemed to function just fine which was nice for the little bit of cooking we did. The A/C worked fine and I was able to use the Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the outdoor hose to wash the sand off and there was a deck to leave our beach chairs on.
We pretty much walked everywhere except for the grocery store which was nice. We tried out the Marina's Sunset Cruise like another reviewer suggested but it was pretty lame, unfortunately. Maybe if you brought your own big crowd it would be fun. We had most of our meals at Seawitch just around the corner and had fun on their dance floor Friday and Saturday night with the live bands. We tried dinner at Gibby's right across the street but all the food was really bland and disappointing. It's no big deal, I just wouldn't go there again.
Overall, we were perfectly satisfied with this property and I would say the best aspect was the proximity to the beach access. It made carrying a heavy cooler no problem and we could run back and use the restroom when needed. I appreciate how the whole rental process was managed!"

"This condo is in the heart of Carolina Beach. The condo was very comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Having access to the beach just footsteps away was awesome. The balcony was large enough to accommodate quite a few people and offered a great view of the ocean and shoreline. We spent lots of time there enjoying the view. It was within walking distance to the Boardwalk, restaurants, entertainment and shopping and of course Britts Donuts . We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family."
