Great place to stay!
"We stayed for a week with our 2 kids. The condo is spacious and comfy. The views from all of the decks are amazing. At night, it's so quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the top deck, hear nothing but the ocean and see a sky full of stars. We loved the outside shower after a long day at the beach. The beach itself is a short walk and private at that. The owners are awesome! Very responsive and accommodating. The condo has everything you need. I would recommend a beach buggy if you're taking a lot to the beach. Also if you have bikes, bring them, there is so many places to ride. Would stay again for sure."

"My Husband and I have had a wonderful week at this adorable beach cottage. Our little Bishon, Mia, has had a great time too! This was our first visit to Holden Beach and we loved it. I always collect as many shells as I possible can to take home for art projects. I hit the jackpot here. This beach is one of the most beautiful we have visited. The screened in porch was one of the best features giving us a great view of the ocean. Make sure you read the journal entries left by previous guests. They are insightful and entertaining. This is how we found out about the "disappearing doors". The cottage is charming and is everything it appears to be in the photos. We hated to leave. All the way back to Lake Norman I kept trying to persuade my Husband to "Turn Around".

"What a perfect spot for our family ranging in age from 16 to 80! We all enjoyed having morning coffee on the the new deck and the ramp over the dunes was key to my folks having access to fully enjoy the beach. The sleeping arrangements fit our needs exactly and the beds were very comfortable. It was a treat to have all linens and towels provided. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely book again!"

"After a well needed vacation and our first trip to Holden Beach, I can say this place hit all the needs and wants of my family of six. The property was well represented in its description and pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, the outside grill worked well even in the wind. The beds were comfortable and the game room was loaded with games - a nice bonus for the kids. We were able to enjoy the deck and hammock while the kids floated in the canal. We had a two minute walk to a small beach on the inter coastal waterway and a five minute walk to the beach access (this is with four kids in toe from ages 8 to 15).
The house was clean and well kept. Our kids are already asking when can we go back to the "Tax Shelter." Steve was easy to reach and prompt to all our requests.
If you are looking for a stress free place to stay, I would highly suggest this home.
The garage parking was a nice bonus along with all the beach goodies including a sand cart - the entire house leaves you in need of nothing but food, which you can get at Food Lion just across the bridge."
