Happy time with family!
"We were bringing family together to celebrate a 65th birthday and it was wonderful! The house was clean, spacious and we'll equipped. While we could walk to the beach access it was more practical to drive to carry everything that was needed. I would definitely stay in this home again!"

"Enjoyed this house immensely. Slightly off the beaten path (near the southernmost point of Holden Beach) and wonderfully peaceful. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and watching the birds fish in the marsh. House is very cozy and beds/bedrooms were very nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach (private access, so beach is very clean and nearly empty in early June). We have a little one and we took our jogging stroller right on to the beach (most of the walk is boardwalk). The owners were wonderful and quick to respond when we got in touch with them about the house. We look forward to many returns."

"Our fifth trip to Holden Beach and our second consecutive year at Will Sea...DELIGHTFUL house! Love the decor and the location, and Will and Rhonda are wonderful to deal with. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and we felt right at home there (seven of us: we're husband and wife in our 50's, accompanied by an adult son and daughter-in-law and an adult daughter and son-in-law, and one magnificent six-year-old grandson). The rental price is reasonable and affordable and the beach access is very close (as is the ice cream shop!). It was a perfect week in a wonderful house. The grandson made the downstairs den into "his" room for the week and loved it. One of my favorite features is the outdoor shower, which many of the homes there offer (but some do not, and it's a must for us), and the rockers on the porch overlooking the canal were just dandy (the dock chairs are pretty awesome, too). You won't be disappointed."

"We had an amazing time while staying at this home. Yes it needs some love. The dock needs some tlc, I wouldn't let my kids out there alone, but I wouldn't have anyway, we just watched where we stepped. It was my husband and I with our two young girls and my grandfather. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Mosquitoes were a problem, not that that can be controlled but that was really our biggest problem. My husband was most excited to have cable tv, I know it's a guy thing. We were so close to the beach access it was perfect. Personally, we didn't want to be right on the beach, too tempting for young kids to run out there without someone knowing. So having a fenced yard with gates that are a little difficult to open kept them where we wanted them.
Thank you for opening your home to us. If we make our way back there we would certainly consider renting from you again."
