  • Sandpiper Home Away From Home

"We have vacationed at Sunset Beach for over 20 years and this is the first time we have stayed off island. I have to say we really enjoyed this golf community. It is situated between Sunset, Ocean Isle & Calabash giving us many options for outings. The condo has everything you need...and more! Leanne was very easy to work with and made everything so easy! The condo, neighborhood and pool are immaculate! Loved it!"

  • Beach & Golf

"Great vacation. Beautiful on the inside just like the pictures on the website. Great location between Sunset beach and Ocean Isle beach. A lot of selection around for playing golf. The only thing we would have changed is the bedroom with the bathroom, we would have curtains on the window. Great home away from home."

  • Our new home away from home!

"First off, let me say how accommodating Janet (the owner) is. I probably sent her 50 questions every week (okay, that may be an overstatement, but I'm sure she felt that way. LOL) and she answered every one of them! The condo pictures really don't do this place justice. It's very large and so very comfortable. She also allowed us to bring our 3 Boston Terriers (who are our babies) and they loved the condo as well, especially the cozy lanai where I didn't have to worry about them running off and they could still enjoy fresh air. The lanai was also cool because in the mornings, you could watch all of the golfers tee off at the first hole which was right in your direct line of sight from the lanai. The condo is a very short drive to the beach and a quick drive to Calabash. Even North Myrtle is not a very far drive at all. You can even easily hop back and forth to all the local beaches (we drove up to Oak Island one day as well). The condo is comfy, very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that anyone could ever need. The suite is very nice too with it's own spacious area, kitchenette and bathroom. My husband really enjoyed the nice shower in the main bathroom with the powerful massaging shower head. The condo is within walking distance to the activity center. It was about $20 per person for the week to use the facilities (2 pools, fitness center, sauna, etc). We enjoyed that as well. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we have taken. Sunset is quiet, and the Sea Trail resort is even more quiet and relaxing than the beach! We cannot wait to come back again!"

  • South Lawn is a special place

"This was our second stay at Southlawn. This property owner should teach other property owners how to maintain and present their homes. South Lawn is immaculate, both inside and out, obviously well cared for, and the location is great. From relaxing in rockers on the screened in porch in the morning with a cup of coffee to watching the sunsets from the roof top deck in the evenings this is our place to really relax. Beach access is quick and easy and that beach is fantastic for long walks and for long bike rides. We're looking forward to our next visit."
