  • Better Than Home Sweet Home!

"We just came back from our four night stay at this property - we would have loved to stay longer, but this was the only opening! Randy and Lynn have outfitted this cottage with everything you could possibly need. It was cozy, comfortable, beautifully-decorated, and spotless. There is no cleaning fee, so you must do your own, but we had no problems with this and tried to leave the cottage in the excellent condition we found it. Our dogs Molly and Josie considered the vacant lot next door their personal playground, and poor, old Molly really appreciated the handicapped - accessibilty (3 steps) of this cottage. The location is ideal, and we explored all of the surrounding localities: Calabash, Little River, North Myrtle Beach, and of course, beautiful Sunset Beach. We really loved it here!"

  • Tropical Paradise Found in Sunset Beach!!

"We really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your beautifully decorated condo in Sea Trail! My husband & I have stayed at several VRBO rentals throughout NC and we have to say that yours is one of the best as far as decoration ( I have to admit that I am partial to palm trees and tropical!), cleanliness and being set up with all supplies (from paper towels to salt and pepper to dishwashing supplies to small bottles of shampoo!). From the day we arrived, my husband and I were checking the calendar on your website to see when we could schedule a return trip!! We loved the 3rd floor location and having the elevator made moving in so much better! (It also was a favorite for our little sheltie dog!). We really enjoyed the little "mini-suite" and had breakfast there every morning on the counter height bistro table. We also spent as much time as possible on the screened porch either reading, eating or watching ( & critiquing) the golfers. The Sea Trail community has so much to offer! We went biking, walking, and to the pool and were glad that the beach is only a short drive away. Although Sea Trail has a shuttle to the beach, we didn't use it and parking was never a problem. Since we were on vacation, (which means we were taking a break from cooking and cleaning dishes!! ), we ate out every nite for dinner and we were so glad that Sea Trail is a short ride to either Myrtle Beach or Shallotte. We are previous property owners in Ocean Isle and are familiar with the area and have our favorite casual, local restaurants (Duffer's Pub, San Felipe Mexican Restaurant & Inlet View in Shallotte). We did go to Carrabbas Italian Restaurant in N Myrtle for a wonderful special they have on Monday nites (Amore Monday). There are also great golf specials in the area! Sea Trail and Oyster Bay offer very good daily and twilight rates! Thanks again! We are really looking forward to getting back sometime soon! Don & Gloria"

  • Beautiful, well-kept condo in Sandpiper Bay

"This condo is beautiful, but still family friendly. The first thing we noticed was that the condo was spotless. It looks like it is kept in good shape year round, so we felt at home when we walked in. It's got three bedrooms, which is more than we needed (the two of us and our three year old daughter), but gave us some space to spread out. It's great for a larger family, or two small families with younger kids. It'd also be nice for one or two couples without kids. It was great not needing to pack things like a booster seat. It's close to Sunset Beach, Calabash and Ocean Isle. We've been coming to Sandpiper Bay for almost 10 years (staying at a family member's condo), and this is the first time we've needed to rent something, and we're glad we found this one! It's great! Jason was great in responding prior to our trip with answers to questions. A bonus for us, since we were expecting to make it down in the middle of the night, was that they have a lockbox on the front door, so he emailed me the code the week before we came down, and we could get in whenever we arrived that night, rather than having to schedule something with someone to pick up a key. The condo is at the end of the development by the smaller pool, which is fine with me, since it's also not as busy as the larger pool. I say that in April. What it's like in July may be another story entirely."
