"Bill was very responsive with every question
prior to our stay. The location is steps to the beach and the home itself, well kept and new. We enjoyed the convenience of an enclosed large outside shower. Inside the kitchen was well equipped and open to a large living area with lots of seating. This home will not disappoint!"

"More than enough space to accommodate everyone! Picked up our Marine from Camp Lejeune to spend the weekend. Great family bonding time as the weekend was cloudy/rainy/cool. Got to see the dolphins a few times right from the deck! Walked to restaurants and coffee shops. The elevator was definitely a plus when it came time to bring the groceries in. My only disappointment was it wasn't turtle season."

"This home is amazing. From the minute we arrived you could feel the relaxation overtaking you. The home is on the North end of Top Sail and very quiet. Beautifuly decorated with beach and ocean themes everywhere. More than enought room for family, the kids loved having there own space and the master bathroom is great. A well stocked kitchen made it easy to buy food and cook a nice meal. You can't get any closer to a beach without being on it. Walk out back, cross a road and bam...you're on the beach. Thank you George for you hospitality and sharing your home with us, can't wait to come back in a year or two."

"Far exceeded my expectations. Family was 2 1/4 hours and 6 hours away therefore able to visit on weekends. Friends traveling through or making it a special destination added to the pleasure. Met 5 wonderful ladies from Canada that had one of the units behind me. We turtle watched and had a few libations and french/southern dialogs (bonjour, y'all). BUT, WAIT, THERE'S MORE: Karen Beasley's Turtle Rehab and Hospital tour (a MUST SEE); Release of 8 rehabbed turtles ( one a 212# Loggerhead) at the public access Right Beside my steps!! Then: a turtle egg hatching that we kept watch over for over a week down toward the pier. Another previous hatching was excavated up toward the 'north' end of the beach. Fantastic weather for 3 weeks and 2 days. Even the rain was wonderful to watch from our vantage point. However, two storms out at sea caused a great deal of erosion on the dunes; followed by the rising tides as a result of the Red Moon+Full Moon. Great lesson for the little ones on the force of nature. They were enthralled with the turtles and learned what can happen to trash carelessly thrown on the beach or from ships.
Met Ray on first day. Gave him a 'punch list' on the second and he took care of everything or called someone who would.
The kitchen and master bedroom/bath on 3rd floor led us to state that the Beach House comes with a free Stairmaster feature."
