"kitchen supplies more than adequate...would have like a covered deck to sit on during the rainy days/storms"

"Our family of 4 stayed here during a last minute trip to the beach. Topsail itself is very relaxed, not touristy which for us was perfect. The condo itself was also really great - large pool, right on the beach, playground and other fun little extras - arcade, restaurant. Other than grocery shopping you really don't have to leave. If you do want to venture out we went to Wilmington to see the battleship one day & it was about a 45min drive. Condo was also very family friendly, we have a 1 & 3 yr old and we saw lots of other families with little ones, actually made friends with a couple of other families staying in the condos which was nice. One of the best parts about this condo was the storage locker which had lots of great toys/beach items available for us and also gave us a place to dump our sandy stuff at the end of the day. I would say one of the only drawbacks to the place was some of the lighting - no overhead lights and difficult to figure out what some of the light switches went to (there were 2 in the kitchen I kept turning on and off hoping something would happen:). Some of the furniture could benefit from updating but overall very comfortable. The owners were great too and responded quickly to my last minute questions. I would definitely recommend and may use again!"

"Lovely beach house! Everything was as described. We were traveling with my daughter and her family (including a 3 1/2 year old), and we took advantage of the many decks/porches to both enjoy the views (saw dolphins one morning!) and not be on top of each other all the time. The owner responds quickly to inquiries, and was very helpful. Topsail Island is uncrowded and laid-back; we especially enjoyed the beach, kayaking in Stump Sound, getting fresh seafood to cook and take home from Surf City Crab, the Corner Sweet Bake Shop (peach cronuts, wow), the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, the Tuesday Farmers Market (with crafts), Shipwreck Mini-Golf and the educational program run by the environmental aquarium, which had children and adults seining in the surf with a naturalist who explained the "treasures" we found. . . ."

"We had a great time at Shark’s Tooth and North Topsail. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, and it had breathtaking views of the ocean. There was plenty of room for all of us (9 total) and the house was very clean. The two guest bedrooms were very spacious, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. The beach was only a short walk over the dunes, amazingly clean, and the ocean was the perfect temp. There were a handful of good seafood restaurants and grocery stores that were only a few minutes away. We couldn't be happier we found this home, and we hope to return to Shark’s Tooth. Thank you for a wonderful week!"
