  • Awesome House!! Incredible Hostess!!

"All I can say is that Patricia is the most fabulous hostess you can imagine. She insisted we treat her house as if it was our own. We rented it for my family during my son's wedding. The house is absolutely Fantastic!! Patricia had everything looking as if it was being photographed for Southern Living but insisted we use anything and everything provided. Everything we could possibly want or need was provided. Even the neighbors were awesome!! Thank you Patricia for sharing your home with us.....it totally made our weekend the best. P.S. Everyone loved Eddie!!"

  • excellant

"we arrived at the apartment and was met by Steve, who showed us round and showed us how to work the tv etc, the apartment had everything we needed for our 2 week stay, the apartment is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, towels etc. we asked for more plates and within an hour a new crockery set appeared, thanks Steve, the location is perfect for downtown, you are only a minutes walk from the bars but you do not hear the noise at night. the neighbours are very friendly and always said hello, we will definitely be booking this apartment again when we revisit the states."

  • Awesome Vacation!

"My husband and I decided to take a mini vacation to Wilmington when we got invited to a friends wedding. We came across Oasis when we chose to find a place of our own rather than stay in one of the hotels. From the moment I requested the dates Sarah was very friendly, helpful and made planning our trip a breeze! However it did not stop there. Sarah emailed and text from a few days before our trip and throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. To have never met someone she made us feel right at home and comfortable in her Oasis. The condo is in a GREAT location. It is within walking distance to most anything you want which made our trip so much more relaxed. Oasis is the perfect place to relax! Its so nice, clean, open and bright! Sarah has provided any and everything that you can think of to make your stay easier! Upon arrival we had bananas, cookies, coffee, creamer, cereal, etc. left for us. The condo has labels throughout that makes it so much easier to find what you are looking for. Even dish detergent, laundry detergent and different such items are provided! I know personally when going on vacation those are the little things that mean A LOT when provided by the owner. I'm normally the traveler between my husband and I, but after this trip to Wilmington and staying in the Oasis; my husband is already talking about booking our next vacation so we can stay in this lovely condo."

"The house was in great shape, clean and well equipped for our family of 5. Owner was super easy to communicate with and flexible. We're so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!"
