"Had a great trip to Charlotte with this perfectly located clean and comfortable apartment. The owners go out of their way to ensure that the guests are well cared for. The bar and snacks to welcome us were a nice touch. Close to downtown and attractions (Carowinds and National Whitewater facility). Very relaxing to return to after a busy day. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future. Thanks!"

"Owners were so helpful during our stay. Many thanks. The cabin is so peaceful with stunning views. The feel of being way back in the woods, but so close to everything. I came with my two grown children and daughter in law, to visit my 91 year old Mother in Charlotte, for Mothers day. Admittedly it was a short stay, and we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities Griff,s place offers. My favorite was enjoying the sunsets over the water from the porch swing and hammock on the covered back porch. Owners are the most thoughtful people. The Cabin was ultra clean, well stocked. Martha's thoughtful instructions were appreciated. We plan to come back and stay longer."

"My 92 year-old mother, husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a long weekend while in Charlotte for my grandson's Myers Park High School graduation.
We have stayed in many VBRO homes in the US and this home is one of the best. Checking in was a breeze. Snacks, food, beverages, soft music and a welcome letter greeted us on arrival ~ we were definitely in our home away from home! It was quiet and relaxing for all of us, especially my mom.
The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals as well as large dishes for the graduation party at our daughters home.
The dining area was a generous space. It was nice to hosted 6 graduates for pizza and our family for breakfast.
The living room was comfortable, with plenty of seating for entertaining, the flat screen TV was good and we enjoyed lively conversations about the art work.
The screen porch was lovely ~ perfect spot to have morning coffee and read the newspaper and later enjoy our complimentary beverages and snacks for happy hour.
The beds were comfortable, dressers and closets, complete with hangers, gave us plenty of space for our clothes. I liked the mix of original (flooring) and new (tile, toilet, sink) in the shared bathroom. Lots of towels, extra TP, as well as shampoo, conditioner, etc were nice.
Parking behind the building was a breeze and convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries.
The area is convenient to uptown, restaurants, shopping and the Greenway.
It was a a pleasure to meet and talk to Jim and James as well as a friendly housekeeper (sorry I forgot her name).
From when we first walked in the building and saw the beautiful chandelier in immaculate hallway to our last morning as we drove away our stay was perfect!
We throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment and look forward to future visits! Thank you Jim and James!"
