"What a great escape and a great fit for our team of triathletes. This home on a quiet cul-de-sac provided the perfect space for six adults and all of our swim, bike and run gear. Plenty of room to socialize in the great room and the back deck and each room was its own haven for pre-race quiet. Plus, the garage was spacious and clean - huge enough to store seven bikes! The owner was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Hope to visit again."

"I had the almost impossible job of finding housing accommodations in Chapel Hill for Graduation/LaCross weekend. I came across the listing for the Lodge and the dates were available. The owner responded promptly to my inquiry and both he and his sister were so accommodating!
My boss returned to the office on Monday and let me know that the Lodge was above and beyond his expectations. He said it was the best rental facility we have used and will definitely use it, if the need arises in the future.
Can't say enough about the owners...they stayed in communication throughout the entire stay. They even took the grocery list and make sure the fridge was stocked for their arrival.
Thank you so much!!!!"

"We had never stayed in the area before (or used VRBO either). We had extended family for a wedding and we had a very enjoyable weekend here. The house is well equipped and right on the water. Driveway is steep and can be slippery with wet leaves, so you need to be able. House is close to Lake Normal State Park with some nice hiking trails."
