"What a lovely condo! It is absolutely beautiful and what a view! This condo has everything you could possibly want or need. So nice! It is close to nice restaurants and shops and you have to try the best breakfast across the street at the race track! Bonny is such a pleasure to work with and will accommodate your every need. She is wonderful! Plan on going back this fall when they weather is cooler! Loved our first trip to Pinehurst!"

  • Charlotte gem

"Over our travels, we have much preferred to stay in vrbo properties. In a recent visit to Charlotte, we stayed in this wonderful 2BR/2BA first floor condo which is in close proximity to all that Charlotte offers. The place was roomy with comfortable seating and had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The property was spotless, the mattresses were comfortable, and the towels were plentiful. The screened in porch was an added bonus! We were welcomed with wine and goodies, an extra plus! Highly recommended!"

"This house was more then it was pictured. We had a family total of 22... And there was more than enough room for every one. This was the best relaxing weekend ever. We did not leave the house the entire weekend. Todd and Becky had "everything" in this home u could think of. This home is perfect for large groups. We took a load of pics and played some many game. Also the radio in the home was great. Speakers were threw out the house with its on controller on each floor and each room. I would love to visit on every family vacay???"

  • Awesome Home

"We stayed for the duration of the Men’s and Women’s U.S. Opens, enjoying a wonderful 18 nights' vacation with this condo as our base. The owner began our stay on a very gracious note by leaving a basket of treats on the kitchen table upon our arrival. We felt we were staying in a real home rather than a vacation condo. The living and formal dining rooms had mahogany furniture, wood floors, floral rugs, artwork, and bookshelves filled with interesting books, CD’s, and DVD’s. The master bedroom and the newly remodeled master bathroom were very well appointed. We broke in the totally remodeled kitchen, with granite countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances, and a custom made table. The condo is extremely well supplied, with everything from dinnerware, coffee K-cups, and cooking utensils, to towels, bedding, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The condo is very centrally located - besides being a base to the Pinehurst Resort Course No. 2 for the U.S. Opens, where I volunteered/watched golf, the condo was extremely close to Pinehurst No. 7 Course, where we enjoyed morning and evening walks with our dog on the cart paths near the driving range and clubhouse. It is also very close to the Country Club of North Carolina, where I enjoyed playing golf at both courses as a guest of a member, as well as the shops in the Village of Pinehurst - where we enjoyed a Carolina Philharmonic concert one evening in Tufts Park, antique stores in West End and Aberdeen, and the horse country. Finally, it was close to grocery stores - Food Lion for staples and Fresh Market for delicious prepared foods, as well as so many restaurants. We enjoyed both the locally owned restaurants - the Track Restaurant at the harness track, Villager Deli in the Village, and Fratello's and Southern Prime Steakhouse in Southern Pines, as well as the many chain restaurants - we especially liked Tripps and Bonefish Grill. As will happen, the AC unit strained to cool the condo on an unusually hot and humid day. However, the owner was very responsive, getting a repairman there the next two mornings to replace the capacitor and rebalance the air vents. Our dog loved the condo, yard, and neighborhood, too, but didn’t like being left alone in the condo. For the repair of scratched paint on a couple of doors, the owner deducted only a very reasonable amount from our security deposit, which was returned promptly. All in all, a lovely home, and a caring, responsible owner."
