"This rental house far exceeded our expectations. It is clean, spacious, well-kept, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has a ton of space. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located - near the Concord Mills, the Speedway, grocery stores, restaurants. It is also not far from the University area and from Uptown. We were visiting family in Concord with our kids, and it was such a relief and pleasure to stay somewhere that was really like a "home away from home." The owner was friendly and she made sure that we had everything we needed."

"We gathered our family here in August 2015 to meet our first grandchild. Six adults stayed in the house, including my able bodied 86 year old mother. One of the reasons I chose this place over others is that there are 2.5 baths. Note that both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs which is a consideration if you have older folks. We enjoyed the quiet setting and lovely view to Taylor's Pond. It is close to shopping and the Raleigh-Durham airport. It is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Extra amenities, such as fans in the bedrooms, show that the owner has thought through the comfort of the guests. Recommended."

"Bill and Lisa are very easy going, warm. And accommodating. They even added a twin bed in the first floor bedroom for us to accommodate my elderly parents and a handicapped guest , none of whom can climb stairs. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook for a clan; outside grill is large enough for many people also. Upstairs bedrooms are huge, quiet, each with lovely bath. We loved the large patio overlooking woods and pond, drinking coffee there in the morning and wine in the evening. So relaxing; on the fifth of six nights my mother said it felt like only two days had passed. If a tranquil, clean and comfortable place is what you seek, stay with Bill and Lisa!"

"Our entire family visited Paradise Cove to reconnect and just be together after a family member returned from a recent deployment to Afghanistan. The rental property was quiet and peaceful and there was plenty for the kids to do. There was tons of room - not once did we feel crowded or uncomfortable during our stay. We mostly spent our time on the water either kayaking, using the pedal boat, fishing, or just floating. There were so many nice touches and the house had pretty much anything you would need. If there was something you forgot or needed, there were stores relatively close. The neighbors were friendly too!"
