"We feel so grateful to have found this little piece of paradise! It was exactly what we were looking for… peaceful, private and completely comfortable. We loved the incredible views and spent a lot of time on the patio just swinging and enjoying the scenery, especially the beautiful sunsets. We had a great time trying out the paddle boat and exploring in the jon boat, and were delighted to get close enough to see some tiny deer on the opposite side of the lake by the little “deserted beach”. The lake house was immaculate and very comfortable, and contained everything that we could need or want during our stay. We really enjoyed meeting Martha, and want to thank her again for sharing her lovely little lake house with us. We will definitely be back!!!"

"Brought our family of four teenagers with three of their teen friends and our dog to the lake to getaway and kick off the summer. The house was very spacious and allowed us to move around without bumping into each other. There were plenty of bedrooms and seating areas. The pool was certainly put to use. My husband took some out on the lake for tubing while the others stayed and swam or played games.
We will certainly choose this house again."

"We had never stayed in the area before (or used VRBO either). We had extended family for a wedding and we had a very enjoyable weekend here. The house is well equipped and right on the water. Driveway is steep and can be slippery with wet leaves, so you need to be able. House is close to Lake Normal State Park with some nice hiking trails."
