"Our family of 9 traveled from Las Vegas, Chicago & Florida to begin a vacation journey of HIGH EXPECTIONS. The grandkids fished almost everyday from the 42' dock. Much use was made of the paddleboat also. The views from EVERY deck was awesome. The family visited Nascar Attractions, the Botanical Gardens, Caroland Amusement Park, and found time to rent a Pontoon Boat for one day and White Water rafting on another day. And after each fun trip we came back to a beautifully furnished home that had everything one could ask for. We made many uses for the various decks and used the grill quite often. The house is secluded and sitting on the deck in the mornings, enjoying the views with our morning coffee, made for the beginnings of 7 great days.
I've tried to put into words what a great place this is to vacation at, but words cannot describe the experience you MUST prepare yourselves. Don't hesitate to come and see for yourselves. Next year we are visiting Costa Rica, but the family has already, unanimously, given a 2 thumbs up to revisit. Toni, Kelly, thank you so much for everything you did. The grocery shopping service was especially appreciated by the family. We'll be seeing you again in the VERY near future."

"We had a wonderful week; 14 family members ranging from 76 down to 10. We especially enjoyed the water sports--all the grandkids and most of the adults were kayaking and paddle boarding daily. Liked the pool; small but a good place to cool off. It was really hot this week so we didn't spend as much time on the outdoor decks as we would have liked. Pool table was used a lot also.
Plenty of beds and bathrooms and sitting areas. People could go find a quiet nook to read or nap.
Kitchens well equipped and spacious enough to fix meals, and we supplemented the kitchen table with a folding one so all of us could sit together. Great to have so many refrigerators too. The property was clean and had plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Lots of toys available too (big and little kids).
One minor drawback is how steep it is to get down to the beach and dock--our grandpa is handicapped and could not negotiate that. Those with small children need to be aware of how many sets of stairs there are, although the upper deck has gates.
Owner is wonderful to work with, and is very responsive to our concerns. We did not go out to restaurants, but had a wonderful catered meal by Triple Crown Caterers.
We rented a pontoon boat one day which was great for seeing the lake, and pulling a big tube. It's possible to bring it right to the dock if you like. Otherwise we stayed on the property the whole week; plenty to keep everyone busy, and stores close enough to restock the food and beverages,
I would definitely recommend this place to others."

"I want to begin by saying that the pictures of this home/property on the website do not even come close to doing it justice. We walked in and were speechless! Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! I wanted to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, but also wanted to simply sit inside, enjoy my surroundings and relax. The personal touches of the champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, key lime pie, cheese and crackers and breakfast casserole were beyond expectations! This is one property that we plan on returning to in the early fall for another weekend of fun and relaxation!"
