  • Awesome stay!

"We had a great girls weekend in this cabin while we went to a women's retreat at snowbird wilderness outfitters! Very clean and peaceful near the creek!"

  • Perfect!

"My husband and I had a lovely weekend at High Rock View. Matthew was very accommodating and the whole cabin was well appointed with thoughtful touches and instructions. The road in was shockingly steep, but we drove a hyundai accent up there no problem and it is by no means a strong car. And yes, there were lots of ladybugs, but the 'ladybug pickup' dustbuster was a perfect solution. The hot tub was perfect and the view was breathtaking. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend for the two of us. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!"

  • The 3 R's Mystery Trip

"This was a great adventure for my husband and I and our best friends. We have been taking a mystery trip ( where one couple plans the trip and the other couple doesn't know the destination until the clues have been read and solved) for over ten years. I planned this trip and knew that we would not be able to hike as much as much as we had in the past. The 3 R's stand for rest, relaxation, and rerun. The reason for the rerun is because when we reached the cabin not only was the other couple surprised so was I. We had stayed in this same area when it was called The Land of the Living Waters. We had a great time relaxing by the creek, sitting in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows, and watching our friend try to catch a fish in the creek. We were disappointed that the creek didn't have a lot of fish, but we refused to pay $35.00 each for a three day fishing and trout stamp license. The cabin was great and the brochures in the cabin helped us decide what adventures to seek. The thrift stores in the surrounding areas were also fun for us. I enjoyed speaking to the owner and her great hospitality that she extended to us. May everyone have a Blessed and Glorious Day when visiting this cabin."
