  • Perfect weekend

"Myself and my very best friend needed a quite peaceful few days. The lovely cabin we rented was just that. In addition to being very clean and well kept the cabin was decorated perfectly so many homey touches. It made no difference to us that it rained practly the whole weekend we still got little trips in and enjoyed every quiet moment. We will not hesitate to rent again whenever possible. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with us."

  • MOB

"We had my daughter's bachelorette party here. The house was perfect for 11 women! Frank was very helpful! He welcomed us with homemade bread & fresh eggs. We had a van drive us to Asheville. Highly recommend The Joint for dinner & breakfast. A nearby restaurant. Great weekend!"

  • Location, location, location!!

"I did not want to leave! Great little getaway! Connie and Ben were available if needed, but never too close. Just as described... My husband and I were in town for one son's graduation from UNCA and another's band appearance in West Asheville and this cottage was very convenient to both. I would definitely return for another stay."

  • Nice Place

"Cabin and surrounding area was as described. Nice and quiet place. We spent 2 days exploring the 3,000 acre "subdivision" that the cabin is located in. We were at the lakes and waterfall almost every day and only saw another person once. If you have a 4x4 there are some great roads to drive onsite. If you want to travel to Asheville every day it is a little far, but Old Fort and Black Mountain aren't a bad drive."
