"This was our family's first vacation to Asheville, and the rental home helped make our vacation a great one. The property is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood, yet is a quick drive to a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream stores located downtown. It's also convenient to the highways, so we made day trips to Smoky Mt National Park, Sliding Rock, Mt Mitchell and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The property is lovely and feels spacious due to the high ceilings and cathedral windows overlooking the mountains."

"We were very pleased to stay here for our trip to Asheville. This was a girl's getaway with my 93 year old mother and two sisters. The house was great with beautiful views and a great deck to enjoy morning coffee among the trees. The bedroom and the bathroom on the main floor were great for my mother--everything she needed was on one floor. She enjoyed the house so much. A very comfortable home, including the beds. The house is conveniently located near the downtown area and yet you feel that you are out of city. Highly recommend!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The pictures do not do this house justice!! I was blown away when we pulled up to the house to find a wonderful home kept up and clean. More spacious than what the pictures portrayed. They even had hand, dish, and laundry soap there for our use. Which was really nice b/c you don't really want to have to buy that stuff when you're only at a place for a few nights. Driveway and lawn was well manicured. With so many places to hangout or to eat we didn't know if we could hit them all in just the few days we stayed there. The hot tub and the dining table on the back porch became our favorite places to be though. I really loved the private lookout view of the mountains down a small path from the driveway. You ended up at this huge boulder where you could see the entire sky and beautiful mountain range. Coffee in the morning there for a sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. If I was to give this property one downside it would be the road to get there. I'm not afraid to ride down a gravel road but when that road was full of potholes and some serious bumps better trekked with an SUV and not a Prius. It would have been nice to know that before we drove up there so we could have taken another car or picked an easier to get to home. Oh and the cleaning fee that was included doesn't include many things. We basically had to do all the cleaning before we checked out at 10am. I feel that the checkout time should be at least noon though so that you can enjoy the home a couple more hours and sleep in a little longer."

"My adult siblings and I grew up in Asheville but we all now live in other states. Our mother sold the family home this year and we were looking for a place for all of us to be together over the Christmas holidays. We found this rental to be a perfect location for 7 of us. There was even a decorated Christmas tree and an electric fireplace waiting for us! The house has three distinct living areas on different floors, each with a full bathroom. The main floor has the master BR with a spectacular bathroom, bedroom TV, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and porch. The bottom floor has a BR, a comfortable sofa/bed, big TV, Bath, pool table, porch, and a laundry room. The top floor overlooks the main living area. There is a BR, bath, and an open area with the futon. The kitchen is fully equipped. I kind of wished there had been a TV in the main living area but we all piled on the master bed and watched TV together. There is wireless for computers. Don't miss the tiny steep road on the left from the main road. Parking is tight but very doable. There is a coffee shop and a bakery in Weaverville. Ingles Grocery Store is close by. Easy access to I-26 and a quick trip to Asheville. Great location, Super rental. I would consider it again!"
