  • Sister Reunion

"We came from Michigan, Colorado, and Florida for a sister reunion weekend. This home was beautiful. It was super clean. We each had our own room and bathroom. We loved mornings and evenings on the porch overlooking the mountains. Easy drive into downtown Asheville and to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We spent busy days around the area and relaxing nights in this beautiful home. Perfect place. Perfect weekend. Definitely hope to come back here sometime with my family. There was nothing that we did not have at the home. Everything was thought of."

  • Highly recommend

"Cosy cabin surrounded by lovely farm and kitted out with everything you could wish for to make your stay perfect. What makes this property stand out from others is the attention to detail that Frank goes to in making it feel like a home away from home."

  • Do Yourself a Favor: Book Soon and Often and Relax

"Never has a vacation been so wonderful. This house has THE most INCREDIBLE view. Watching the sun make its way through the morning haze. Looking across the nightlights of the city to the mountains in the west. The absolute stillness of the mountains with the nightlife of the city streets just minutes away. The sights and sounds of Asheville were quite a lure, as was the Grove Park Inn spa just around the bend down the mountain. Eagle’s Perch is a short drive to the grocery store or a five minute drive to some the “best eats” in Western Carolina. No need to surf the Internet for restaurant listings and menus; all the information needed is already there at the house. Of course, the owners provided us with a guest booklet that described EVERYTHING. Sights and sounds of interest in Asheville. Even a walking route through the neighborhood (quiet and free of traffic). What a special treat. The houses were almost as amazing as the views they had of the mountains and the city below. The house is neatly appointed with classy and classic art as well as all the essentials found at home. We arrived for the Christmas week and enjoyed a fire in the fireplace every single day. It was fabulous. Bedrooms are all very nice; beds warm and comfy on a winter’s day. Oh, yes, the master suite on the upper floor was just luxurious. (Almost hated to go downstairs!) The game room was fully stocked with games, books and puzzles, but there is so much around to see and do, the poor room didn’t see much of us, other than the ping pong tournament!! If you want to treat yourself (and the family), enjoy ANY season or EVERY season - spring, summer, winter, fall – at Eagle’s Perch in beautiful Asheville, NC. My only caution: you may not ever want to leave!!"

  • Perfection!

"We arrived with the aroma of freshly baked bread! There were 8 of us in Asheville for an Energy Medicine workshop weekend and the accommodations were absolutely perfect! We came back from the workshop Saturday night and had the local Chef Bob Lund prepare and serve us a delicious dinner and he also did all the clean up! (well worth having Chef Bob cook dinner for you one night). After dinner, we went out back & built a fire next to the Jacuzzi. Frank, the owner already had all the paper & kindling ready in the fireplace and more than enough wood to sustain us for the evening! I cannot imagine anything better than a relaxing weekend in the mountains at "Our House"! We are already talking about our next trip! Definitely come here..."
