"Ten of us celebrated my son's 21st birthday for 5 nights here over the 4th of July. Everything about this place is amazing ... even better than the pics and reviews! We had lots of room ( 3000+ sq ft.) and plenty of seating indoor and out even for additional visitors. We cooked dinner for 16 one evening and had plenty of pots and pans, serving platters, bowls, etc.. The cabin is amazingly decorated, extremely clean, well stocked with plenty of clean towels and comfy bedding, a nice front loader washer and dryer, it has a chef ready kitchen, 2 large wine coolers in the bar area, and even proper wine glasses, and a sparkling clean gas grill with gas ready to fire up. Speaking of fire- there is even firewood for that fabulous firepit! These people thought of everything for your comfortable, care free, and classy getaway! Buddy and Pebbles our sweet 'rent-a-dogs' were so much fun! We all loved this place, and are planning on returning asap! Tips- Google Maps had us pretty turned around, so ask for detailed directions. Cell service is pretty much non-existent indoors and iffy outdoors. An Uber ride for 6 into town for your 'beer-cation' will run $50 each way. Our favorite meals in Asheville were: breakfast at Biscuit Head, brunch at Limones, lunch at Wicked Weed, dinner at Mela Indian Restaurant (fabulous Tandoori Lamb), and dessert is a dream any time of day at French Broad Chocolate Lounge. Book it and enjoy- Audrey"
