"From the ment we pulled into the cabin we knew we were in for a treat! The cabin had been decorated with lights and there was even a xmas tree inside. The size was perfect for us and our small kids. We went through not asheville everyday to eat and even made dinner some nights. The stream was visited everyday by the kids and we explored every inch of the woods! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We have already referred friends who will be booking it for our wedding in April. The cabin was supplied with everything you could need including a washer/dryer. Can't wait I to get back! There was even firewood&aboard games!
Eric was awesome as was the cabin keeper. You can definitely feel the history in this cabin and it left us wanting to comeback again!"

"I rented this cabin for a girls' trip in January and we could not have been happier! The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. The architectural detail and antiques make you feel like you are in a model home. The owner even tied up sticks and logs in the shape of a teepee for the bonfire pit, which we thoroughly enjoyed with some marshmallows! It was a 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville, yet really nice to be able to come back to a secluded rustic dream. Not to mention, I barely missed my dog at home, since all I had to do was open the back door and call out "Pebbles! Buddy!" and the adorable pups came running, ready to get some belly rubs. I would definitely recommend this property, we had a great time!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time at your house! Very nice! We visited Biltmore, dupont forest, the falls were beautiful! We went to sliding rock and went sliding down the 60ft natural rock! So much fun. Looking glass falls were gorgeous! Looking glass falls is 5 minutes from sliding rock. The sliding rock and looking glass falls is in pisgah farest. Right before the entrance to pisgah forest is an ice cream stand next to a tubing company that the ice cream is so good. We had a great time in asheville and loved the house! Thank you Liz for sharing your home! Rebecca Nolan"
