Highly Recommend- they have thought of everything!
"Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful cabin. Plenty of living space for everyone. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The notebook explained everything thoroughly about the cabin. Kitchen was equipt with everything you need to cook for a large group. appliances were very nice as well! There were plenty of brochures for everything in the area. the cabin is close to so many different things to do in NC. Lake Lure, Dupont Forest, Biltmore, Shipping in Asheville, Driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah Natl Park just to name a few. If you are looking for a great place to spend time with family- this is it! They left us grocery store cards so we could shop at the stores that we did not have discount cards for- saving us a lot of money! they really did think of everything to make our stay fabulous. We will definitley be back!"

"My wife and I loved staying in Cozy Cabin up in the mountains. We were close to Lake Junaluska for jogging and walking and to Waynesville for shopping and eating. Blue Rooster Southern Grill was our favorite. We traveled to Asheville for the antique malls and up Max Patch Road to wilderness. We traveled on the Blue Ridge Parkway and our favorite road was the precarious Route 215. When our grandchildren came to visit we had both incredible pictures of the Milky Way at the top of Max Patch, 8 miles from the cabin in the wilderness and also of a beautiful ice on the trees one morning. We enjoyed a family campfire in the backyard and hiking up the farmer’s old roads. Haywood County has the highest mean elevation of any county east of the Mississippi! 8” of snow on November 1st was a treat since we are from snow country. Seeing elk up close at Cataloochee Ranger Station was a thrill - surrounded by 6000’ peaks – was only 11 miles away. The hottub was very relaxing both in sunny weather and in the snow. The cabin was cozy and had all the utensils that we needed for a month."

"We brought our sons and their families from Phoenix and New Jersey to celebrate an "early" 50th wedding anniversary. It was money well spent. I searched the area for a house big enough to accommodate our family and was thrilled when I found the River House. Enough beds and rooms for everyone that evoked comments like, "The bed was wonderful. We got a great night's sleep." It just got better from there. We had a room to play games, a room to watch DVDs and an enormous front yard with a very popular hammock. A water balloon fight between the trees was one of our highlights. The large back patio allowed outside meals from the grill. The kitchen was well-furnished, and being met with fresh flowers and a basket of vegetables and fruit was a nice touch. The location was ideal with the most popular tourist and hiking spots nearby. Sliding Rock and Hooker Falls were the favorites, but the hike to Black Balsam in the Blue Ridge was a triumph to stand on the top at 6,400 ft. The Owner's Suite allowed for more privacy when wanted. All of the kids, aged 11-18, thought the River House was wonderful. We will always remember this vacation. We highly recommend the River House."

"Nine members of our family gathered at the lodge at East Fork Ranch this past week. We all agreed that the experience at East Fork Ranch exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting on the porch, catching fish in the ponds, exploring nearby Waynesville, visiting the horses and cows and making S'mores over a fire in the fire pit. The pool table was a big hit. Our cooks loved the Viking range with griddle and grill. The grandchildren loved the bunk room including the bear and otter! The onsite manager was friendly and helpful. We are already talking about a return trip. Thank you to the Graves family for a wonderful gathering spot for a wonderful vacation!"
