"My parents, brother and sister-in-law, 3-year-old nephew and I stayed at Dawson's Creek for 4 nights. It is a great place for families. The view off the back deck is stunning - sunsets over the mountains! The size of the cabin is perfect - small enough where it is cozy, but large enough for everyone to have plenty of room. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, lots of outdoor lounging space, felt very secluded. We liked that you had to enter a code to open the gate to get into the area. The fire pit was great - we had so much fun making s'mores. We also enjoyed the fireplace a good bit on chilly fall nights. The living room furniture is some of the most comfortable I have sat upon and everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the owners for sharing this little piece of heaven!"

"My family stayed here June 2015 and it was breathtaking. A heavy canopy of trees kept this entire cabin cool while near record high temps were in the area. Cooled by window unit A/C but very effective for this home. The home was lovely and clean when we arrived. Very Inviting. Driveway was a little fun but nothing most cars could not handle (my BMW is very low to the ground so I made my daughter scream the first time up the drive). Quiet and peaceful vacation for the entire family. I spent most of my time on the deck enjoying the cool fresh breeze that came down the mountain. Lovely home, fully equipped for a very pleasant stay. The only problem was can opener was broken. Loved it and I plan to stay next year as well if it is available."

"Eight men (7 bikes & 1 truck) headed to the NC/TN mountains for a 4-day getaway in search of great riding. We needed lodging for up to 10 and was lucky to find Linda's rentals. Linda was great in providing insight to the Rose Manor and Eco Cabin accommodations during our phone conversations. Linda made the scheduling really easy and was there to welcome us when we arrived. Linda provided enough bedding options that every guy had their own bed with a couple to spare. There are 3-4 King/Full/Double beds and a few twins spread around in different places if you need more. The highlight of the location is the fire pit and grill setup down the stone stairs from the lodging. We cooked out there 2 of 3 nights and talked, joked, laughed, and lied to each other until after midnight each evening. Although the driveway is grass/gravel it was very solid and we all drove up and parked next to the house. Another highlight for bikers is Linda's place is just off Hwy 28 so you get at least 5 miles of twisty road riding every time you leave from and come to the lodging. We were able to ride through the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, ride the Tail of the Dragon (US 129), and visit the Wheels Through Time motorcycle museum in Maggy Valley, this is a must for any motorcycle enthusiast. Everywhere you go provided a wonderful view, great roads, and friendly people."
