"We had a wonderful time and John Brown was a helpful landlord. Beautiful area with lots of amenities for those who want to partake. Unit was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the lake. Micah's restaurant just up the street was very good with a great atmosphere. Cashiers is just 10 minutes away and Asheville within 1/2 hour. Lots of golf courses nearby."

"This tiny treasure tucked into the Nantahala National Forest is just the ticket for rest and rejuvenation! Super cosy and comfy with all you need to escape from the daily grind. Shop for provisions before heading out...it is 15 minutes from the highway but well worth the effort!"

"My husband and I stayed three nights in this adorable cottage located on the grounds of The Orchard restaurant. The cottage was plenty spacious for just the two of us and was super clean and decorated very tastefully. Two of my favorite things were using the gas fireplace and sipping on coffee while rocking in a chair in the porch. If you want easy access to waterfalls, shopping, and dining this is the cottage for you! Don't for get to eat at the Orchard!"

"We just returned from a 10 day visit to Cashiers North Carolina. We have been going to Cashiers for the past 10 years every summer and always stay in Trillium. This house is hands down the best house we have ever stayed in on our visits. As others have stated the photographs truly do not do it justice. The house is absolutely gorgeous, furnished very well and has been well maintained. Full views of the mountain in the distance. The house is in the upper portion of Trillium which we always prefer as it is the most quiet and the least crowded.
There is a very large backyard, which made it a great area for the kids to play. Most of the houses in Trillium have no yard at all , not only was this a backyard, but is a very large one and a flat plane ,We were able to play bocce ball, throw the football, play hide and seek around the house and let the kids run around and burn off some steam.
The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything was smooth and seamless from booking of the vacation to checking in and checking out. It is not often, one finds a home for rent that is so well maintained and so well stocked. We ate almost all of her meals in the house and lacks for nothing as far as a kitchen supplies.
Cellphone reception was excellent, satellite TV occupied us while relaxing and the wifi allowed us TV get a little work done while we were away.
All in all, I cannot say enough great things about this property we will absolutely be back in the future."
