"What a wonderful house!!! Slept my husband, 3 children and parents perfectly!!! Jogging distance to a little downtown area! Within 30 mins to zip lining, white water rafting, chimney rock and mining. House fully stocked including game room with air hockey and pool table for family night tournaments!! Defiantly will revisit!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bat Cave! We enjoyed playing in the river, the hot tub in the evening after hiking and the proximity to the activities we planned. We like to be a bit secluded and and not in the middle of the action. This cabin is 5 mins away from Chimney Rock Park and 10 mins away from Lake Lure. We hiked Chimney Rock - making it to Exclamation Point!, Hickory Nut Falls & Bearwallow Mountain. We went on the zip line with Canopy Ridge tours and even rented a pontoon boat on Lake Lure.
We have 13yo triplets and we all enjoyed our time in the mountains. The cabin was a perfect place to unwind after all the activity. I would highly recommend this to those wanting to get away to a cool and relaxing spot."

"The cabin was perfect. The weather was perfect. The location was perfect. Everything was just right! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and a real treat! Serious attention is paid to detail in this rental. It was like visiting a friend's home. Located close to everything, yet very private. My teens enjoyed it as much as we did! A very family friendly retreat with lots to do! Property manager was a dream, best I have dealt with. Can't wait to return!"

"My husband and I took our kids here for a last summer vacation right before school started. It was such an amazing trip! We really enjoyed this cabin. We were able to make a nice breakfast in the morning, head out for fun activities all day and come home to cook a lovely family meal. A little relax time in the hot tub to soothe aching muscles from hiking or zip lining, or whatever the days activities were. Then an evening full of endless games and competitions of pool, ping pong or air hockey. The kids each had their own level of the house. The place is huge! It would be great for a larger group get together. Having a washer and dryer on site was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prep and cook meals. Even though there is wifi at the cabin we didn't let the kids have the password and we were more then fine with our phones not having any service, it was actually a bonus! (We have our service with At&t.) It was a great time reconnecting as a family and disconnecting from the world for a few days. I hope to do it again soon! I'd love to see this place in the different seasons."
