  • Extremely Pleased!

"We are a family of 4 and were extremely pleased with our stay here. The owner was very accommodating. The location was short drive to Hendersonville and about 30 minute drive to Asheville. We were able to drive to great hiking trails, white water rafting and zip lining. Also spent a good amount of time just on the property where the peace and quiet is very welcoming."

  • Relaxing and comfortable summer getaway!

"We stayed here for two months sight unseen and loved it. The home is very spacious within walking distance of the Champion Hills club house. Three stories of this vacation home allow optimum privacy for up to three couples or two couples with kids. The home was very clean. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood, our daily walks, and the unobstructed views towards the Blue Ridge Mountain Range from the large deck. The Fazio golf course in this community is fabulous. Enjoyed the use of the newly renovated club facilities and activities around the club. The people at Champion Hills made us very welcome and we felt right at home. The owners have been very friendly, responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this home for a relaxing and cool escape from the Florida heat in the summer."

  • Kudos from Newbies!

"We don’t vacation frequently, but when we do, it’s often a stay with relatives. So, we were total newbies to VRBO/Homeaway and a little nervous about booking a cabin this way. I’m happy to say that our stay at Villa Roma was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. I assumed that the beautiful online pictures probably flattered the cabin as brochure-type pictures often do, but we were blown away when we got inside and explored this property for ourselves. There were beautiful and interesting things to see in every room. Our adult kids loved it! I particularly loved the layout of the cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone with a floor plan that created an environment for privacy as well as cozy togetherness. It was just right. We did have one little issue with the freezer. The pipe delivering water to the ice-maker apparently had a leak and the entire ice bin was a solid block of ice. We contacted the property manager, who was very responsive and sent someone out to take a look at it. In the meantime, we made a trip to the nearby Ingles and got a bag of ice. As it turned out, we picked a very rainy weekend for our trip, but Villa Roma was again perfectly located because of its easy accessibility in residential Hendersonville. I had originally wanted a secluded cabin, high atop a mountain, but for this trip, I’m glad we didn't have to navigate any winding, gravel or dirt roads. This property is very conveniently located to many attractions. Our big outing was a trip to the Biltmore Estate which was an easy half hour drive away. Our stay at Villa Roma was a great experience and a precious time of memory making for my family. Many thanks!"

  • Luxury, Peace and Quiet!

"I will admit I was skeptical to rent a place with no reviews & limited pictures/description. Every expectation I had in regards to my stay here was exceeded! The home is absolutely goegeous, tucked away at the end of the road overlooking a forest. The hot tub sits on a huge deck with an attached large screened in porch, complete with comfy seating & a nice sized grill. The house has a beautiful flow, with the kitchen, half bath, living area and master bedroom/bath on the main floor. The downstairs can be accessed via a spiral staircase OR a rear entrance door. There you'll find a pool & ping pong table, darts, board games and bar area. There are 2 additional bedrooms down here & another full bath. The few cons I had were really minimal. -No propane tank at all for the grill -Bed sleeps at an incline which was a little strange Above all the pros FAR outweigh any cons, and Jess, the owner, was a breeze to work with. She answered all my emails quickly & tried to answer any questions I had. We will absolutely be returning to this little hidden gem!"
