"We are retired and wanted all the comforts of a home, and this is it. Located in a valley surrounded by trees, very private and great views. There is a covered wrap-around porch and an open deck overlooking Persimmon Creek. A large kitchen with plenty of cabinets, a separate dining area with patio doors leading to the porch, a wood-burning fireplace, two large bedrooms with an ensuite in the Master and glass door leading to the porch. The laundry is in the other bathroom and all appliances are quiet. A large water heater so plenty of hot water all the time. Wall to wall carpet except kitchen and bathrooms. We are coming back next year for sure. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"I don't think you will find a better value in the WNC mountains. A beautifully decorated cozy little cabin very close to the Tuckasegee river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....especially the nice toasty wood fire each night. We had agreed that a little snowfall would have completed our fantasy. As such we will certainly try to return this winter at first signs of snow. Very nice, clean, cozy, warm and above all relaxing! Loved it!"

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cabin. It has everything you need to cook, sleep, etc. It is comfortable, and I found nice reading material, plus the satellite tv. We went at the peak of Autumn, and the scenery is breathtaking. It was nice to walk around the mountain community. There is much to enjoy in the area. White water rafting, exploring, and the nearby Tail of the Dragon attracts many a thrill seeking motorcycle or performance car enthusiast. Robbinsville is just down the road for those who need a daily fix of wi-fi, available at McDonalds and other places. Lynn's Place is a wonderful restaurant. Be sure to get the peanut butter pie! The hosts of the cabin are easy going and wonderful to work with. We will be back!"
