  • Race weekend at the Viking Mountain Lodge

"The Viking Mountain Lodge was an awesome cabin and had everything we needed. I stayed at the cabin with 4 other friends for the Bristol Motor Speedway weekend and we had an awesome time. The owner did an awesome job mapping out all the local attractions and restaurants for easy directions. Had beautiful. Views from the porch ad was very peaceful drinking my coffee in the mornings. I will be coming back"

  • Perfect for families

"Accommodations were perfect for Lisa & Mike's wedding :) Very large, flat yard surrounded by tall trees made such a nice atmosphere for a relaxing getaway and a perfect place for a small wedding reception. Thanks for the wonderful amenities that we found perfect for our families!"

  • Paint Rock

"We were seriously needing some relaxation and I can tell you that this cabin is perfect for that. Even our dogs, one being a puppy, relaxed. There are plenty of outside activities you can get involved with, and if you are into hiking, the Appalachian Trail is right there for the hiking! We did not do too much in the town of Hot Springs, preferring to spend most of our time sitting on the screened-in porch and just listening to nature. We would love to return for a much longer period of time and hopefully will be able to do just that!!"

Hot Springs Travel Tips

Hot Springs Vacation Rentals Offer All the Comforts of Home

Are you considering spending your next vacation in a rustic log cabin equipped with all the comforts of home? Located between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Great Smoky Mountains, Hot Springs vacation rentals offer spas with natural mineral water, river rafting, and hiking trails within a close distance. Most Hot Springs vacation rentals feature huge picture windows, full deck, and hot tubs. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, DVD/CD players, a washer and dryer, and linens.

Hiking and Rafting Await You From Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals

Hot Springs vacation rentals and Smoky Mountain cabin rentals offer convenient access to the Appalachian Trail where you can test your hiking skills. To raise your adrenaline, book a rafting trip through French Broad Rafting Expeditions. The French Broad River is one of the oldest and most playful whitewater rivers in North Carolina. Located south of the Smoky Mountains, the Appalachian Trail offers long climbs with 4,000-foot gaps, 5,000-foot peaks, and panoramic views of western North Carolina. During the hike, you'll have a feeling of remoteness, and a sensation of being in deep forests.

Plenty of Restaurants Are Within Walking Distance of Hot Springs Cabins

If a full day of activity makes you hungry, you're ready to dine in one of Hot Springs' fine restaurants. The Iron Horse Restaurant (close to Hot Springs Cabins) offers a friendly and casual dining experience with a wide menu variety. Try an Iron Horse Burger or Grilled Chicken Sandwich served with pickled vegetable skewers. The Biltmore Estate in Asheville also offers fresh-baked pastries, wood-fire pizzas, and homemade ice cream.
