  • Neat rustic cabin in the mountains

"The cabin was exactly as described. It was rustic, cozy, well equipped and close to the mountains and trails. We had a very nice and relaxing stay. It's a great place to stay if you are looking to access the Appalachian trail."

  • Magical!

"Hi, I stayed here for my annual birthday getaway and what a treat! Very cozy home, very inspiring for my writing. I enjoyed being away from it all... with only a short drive or hike to town. Very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for! I enjoyed the train going by... only 3 times during my 2 night stay... I would have enjoyed seeing it more! The river access is a real plus. Very nice fire pit and picnic area. Very private and peaceful. I will definitely come back! The hot tubs at the Spa were so relaxing. Town very friendly. I think everyone knew it was my birthday by the time I was leaving! :0) The house is very clean and I just thought it was a blast to drive along the tracks to get there. So close...but so far. Have a great journey .... until next year! peace, Deborah :0)"

  • Amazing in Every Way!

"We were looking for a family mountain getaway with friends and we could not have been more pleased with Wiley's Place! Lori was so easy to work with, answering all of our questions and made the planning simple and stress-free. As others mentioned - if you're looking to get away, you will really get away here - no quick trips down the road for milk or bread! The drive up the mountain is not easy (AWD would have served us well, but our family wagon made it). But, wow! The view was well worth it! The cabin itself was homey, simple and welcoming. Lori's artwork was lovely and we appreciated the personal touches. We had a full house, but had plenty of room for adults, kids and a dog to enjoy. The kids adored running around outside and hiking up the road to find flowers, climb rocks and explore. An absolute gem of a place that made for a perfect long weekend! We will definitely be back!"

Hot Springs Travel Tips

Hot Springs Vacation Rentals Offer All the Comforts of Home

Are you considering spending your next vacation in a rustic log cabin equipped with all the comforts of home? Located between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Great Smoky Mountains, Hot Springs vacation rentals offer spas with natural mineral water, river rafting, and hiking trails within a close distance. Most Hot Springs vacation rentals feature huge picture windows, full deck, and hot tubs. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, DVD/CD players, a washer and dryer, and linens.

Hiking and Rafting Await You From Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals

Hot Springs vacation rentals and Smoky Mountain cabin rentals offer convenient access to the Appalachian Trail where you can test your hiking skills. To raise your adrenaline, book a rafting trip through French Broad Rafting Expeditions. The French Broad River is one of the oldest and most playful whitewater rivers in North Carolina. Located south of the Smoky Mountains, the Appalachian Trail offers long climbs with 4,000-foot gaps, 5,000-foot peaks, and panoramic views of western North Carolina. During the hike, you'll have a feeling of remoteness, and a sensation of being in deep forests.

Plenty of Restaurants Are Within Walking Distance of Hot Springs Cabins

If a full day of activity makes you hungry, you're ready to dine in one of Hot Springs' fine restaurants. The Iron Horse Restaurant (close to Hot Springs Cabins) offers a friendly and casual dining experience with a wide menu variety. Try an Iron Horse Burger or Grilled Chicken Sandwich served with pickled vegetable skewers. The Biltmore Estate in Asheville also offers fresh-baked pastries, wood-fire pizzas, and homemade ice cream.
