  • Excellent Vacation

"We were looking for a place to go within a few hours drive. We wanted a place on the water in the mountains so we could fish and couldn't believe we got so lucky here. The cabin itself was clean and cozy. We spent most of our time down by the river which is beautiful or playing pool. The pool room was really fun. It has a bar area with fridge and TV/Stereo and it's own deck over looking the river. We caught a few trout and overall just relaxed! The owner was very accommodating and always available if we had questions. We recommend this cabin to anyone with families or a romantic getaway for 2. We hope to come back next summer!"

  • Tranquil Cove - A Castle on the Lake

"What more can I say about this wonderful place. This was our second summer week here and the place is great. Maybe a bit hazardous (because of the steep grade to the lake) for very small children and seniors that require walking assistance but for all others, a great lake house with special appointments to make you feel at home. The owner is extremely accommodating and a charm with whom to work."

  • Peaceful surroundings in the sky

"It was like heaven on earth. Better than described even. Pictures were spot on. Clean, Clean , Clean. Loved that about it as I am a clean freak. Even outside was well maintained. Mike, the owner was very responsive and very nice. We were there for 2 weeks and have been to area many times before and still found things to do that we had not done before. Highly recommend in Hayesville the Copper Door and the Cottage Deli. Loved the Eagle Fork Winery, brought our lunch and had it in the gazebo down by the babbling creek. The golf course is tough but very playable. Blue Otter in Hiawassee and Mike's Seafood in Blairsville. We rented a pontoon for the afternoon and cruised all over Lake Chatuge (sha-toog). that was the best day a must do. Highly recommend this home. We will be back if at all possible."
