  • The Best Vacation

"We love the Hayesville area and we had the best vacation we have ever had because this vrbo home in Hayesville is so special. It is spacious and beautiful and exceptionally clean, and has everything you could ever want or need including a washer/dryer. All the furnishings are top notch, kitchen is very modern and incredibly stocked with every cooking utensil imaginable plus dishes, silverware, etc. The view from the hot tub on the 60' glass-enclosed porch is fabulous - Lake Chatuge, mountains, and rolling hills with a family of deer just below. There are 3 great golf courses within 5 minutes, one is just below, maybe 1 minute away. When you have a great view you also have scary roads to get there but I can't emphasize enough that the road leading to the Crow's Nest is the best and safest road you could want and then you're into the garage, snug as a bug. You are in the middle of many wonderful small towns on either side of the NC-Georgia border and lots of great restaurants including our favorite, The Copper Door, a must. Oh, and one thing I can't forget, we experienced a couple of minor glitches that needed attention and Tom was very available and extremely competent in solving any problem promptly. A stress-free and relaxing vacation!"

  • Fall Trip

"Our trip was wonderful! Cabin was beautiful, very cozy, and had every thing a person could need. We were greeted with a delicious bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the back deck overlooking the beautiful fall landscape. We walked the neighborhood everyday, with views that were gorgeous. The cabin is located near our favorite restaurants..The Cottage, which has great food and even better pies! We love Enrique's for a quiet Italian dinner in front of the fireplace. An absolute must is the Crane Creek Vinyards! The nicest people there to help with the tastings. We sat with wine and a delicious lentil soup overlooking the gorgeous vineyards. The leaves were changing and it was very cool everyday. We would definitely use the cabin again and would love to bring our whole family next time, there is lots of room for everyone. Thank you very much!"

  • Magnificent views in Luxury Home

"We have stayed in many homes in North Carolina over the past 10 years. This was, by far, the most beautifully decorated and had the most spectacular views we have seen. The layout allowed these beautiful views from every room. They were truly breath taking. This home has a very special personal story that makes you remember how valuable the time your spend with family is. You feel away from the world while in the home yet are just a 5-10 minute drive to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed hikes, shopping and just relaxing on the deck. The owners have stocked the home very well. Every need had been anticipated. The owners were easily contacted for any questions."

  • Beautiful lake and mountain views

"This was a lovely home. Had everything you needed including paper products and toiletries. The view of the lake was so relaxing, and we even got to see 2 bald eagles right off the deck. I would love to stay here again."
