"This is our third visit here, and still love it! The guesthouse is so clean and pretty and the new deck is fantastic! What a great addition! Of course the river is why we come and I don't think there's any prettier spot on the Hiawassee! Can't wait to visit again!"

"It can be said that my kids (and sometimes my husband and myself) are additcted to technology. I think that's why this weekend is so special to me. For two days, no one touched their phones, computers, etc, and we enjoyed each other!
The cabin is clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The property is gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. There is absolutely no cell service, and no wi fi, so be prepared for that and give anyone that might need you while your gone the cabin number before you leave. Tracy is very quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful. We found the property easily with GPS. The pond toys were great. We bought 4 of the river run tubes when we got home because we liked them so much. The pond was clear and cold. You can't tell from the pictures, but it was pristine really. We loved the hammock and the sky chair and the grates provided to cook over the campfire. Saturday morning, we ventured into Hayesville and had a great breakfast at Maria's Hayesville Family Restaurant. Everyone was so friendly. We got groceries at the ingles in Hayesville and headed back to the cabin. We loved lunch and dinner on the screened porch (with the pretty lights and the fan! We loved it!) and the kids played and explored the creek. We kayaked, and floated and then ended our day around the campfire for hotdogs and smores. After dark, we played yahtzee as a family. I know for sure my kids made memories they won't forget, and that is a blessing to me. Thanks, Tracy and Gary, for the hospitality."

"We had the pleasure to stay here over the Christmas holidays. The Home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had an abundance of Feng Shui. It felt like a home filled with love versus a sterile place to hang your clothes for a week. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They wanted us to have an enjoyable time and recommended various adventures in the area. The views of the surrounding mountains were exceptional. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area."

"The cabin and area were very pleasant. The lake was beautiful. Our visit was in the fall. Our family of 9 and 2 dogs was quite comfortable. We had our room. the 3 boys had a room and the 2 younger girls had their own room. the teenage girls took the downstairs bedroom with their own bathroom. The large dinning table was very nice with a great view of the lake. The golf cart was nice to use for the short drive down the hill to the lake. We saw many lovely sites of the smoke Mts that we had not seen before. The only down side is that we love to hike the trails in the national park. We did miss that part of it. There were several lovely towns and pretty drives and Georgia is so close. Our stay was actually 10/17/2012 but I could not choose that date."
