  • relaxing week

"This is the second time we have rented this property. It is a perfect remote location and so peaceful. Exactly what we needed. It rained for 4 days during our seven night stay, but even with the rain, it was beautiful. Clouds in the mountains and all around us. Cleared up the rest of the week can the fall colors cannot be beat. Owners are delightful and we really appreciated being able to enjoy this great spot on Julie Mountain."

  • Relaxing Mountain Retreat

"We had eight wonderful, relaxing nights at this perfect Compass Creek Cabin. The grounds are beautiful with fire pit/plenty of wood/chairs right next to creek, a beautiful large pond, plenty of room inside, fully furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed having the garage for covered parking since it was raining the day we arrived!!! It was easy to find with GPS and centrally located to nearby attractions. We would definitely go back and recommend it for any age group. We had an 86 yr old with some immobility, who had no trouble getting around. No ramps but very few steps. Grounds level enough for walker. Hopefully we will be able to return in the fall."
