"We found this gem on vrbo.com and it lived up to every expectation and more! 2 families of 4 fit comfortably in this home with room to spare. The walk from the house to the lake is nicely graded and very comfortable to walk. The boat is fantastic! We had a great time taking it out and tooling around the lake. The road leading up to the home is very reasonable and easy to navigate (some roads in the area are extremely graded and this one, thankfully, was not.) Owners were great to work with. We love the area and loved the house!"Guest: Allison W. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 13, 2014View listing
"This was a very last minute get away for us. To begin, Mary (the property manager) was the only one [out of 5 other properties] to reach out to me immediately. She was extremely accommodating and didn't mind the last minute cabin request. We're a total of 7 and everyone got to sleep in a bed, it was super spacious! Our children range from ages 24-16 and we were honestly worried they would be bored - but to our surprise, they had a fabulous time. From canoeing, to an intense game of Monopoly and smores by the fire, Bear Creek met every expectation and more! You won't be disappointed... Enjoy!"Guest: SC Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 7, 2014View listing
"This is a lovely condo that has been beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. My only "less than positive" statement would be that the condo had apparently been closed up for a while and it seemed a bit musty. If the weather had been warmer, we could have left windows open and it would have cleared up quickly I'm sure. I would certainly visit here again and the owner was wonderful to deal with."Guest: Marilyn S. Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: October 23, 2013View listing
"What an amazing cabin home. It had everything and more. The area is quite, peaceful and full of incredible sunrise views. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lots of towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets. Laundry room, Hot tub, Pool table, fire pit. The living area and master bedroom has complete access to the decks. Rocking chairs, picnic tables, grill. Kitchen is loaded with everything. We grilled, had a large gathering of our local friends, family stay over's and lots of private time. We are sad to leave!"Guest: Raina K. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 30, 2014View listing
