  • Heaven On Earth

"This was our first time visiting Lake Santeetlah and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. What an amazing view of what has to be one of the most beautiful lakes on earth. The cozy, rustic feel of the cabin made us feel right at home. Aside from a visit to the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest one day we just enjoyed the comfort of the cabin and splendor of that beautiful lake...canoeing, boating, fishing, swimming, and most importantly...relaxing. Can't wait to go back!"

  • Relaxing Vacation

"What a wonderful place to vacation. It is as pictured. It's quiet, beautiful, and very cozy. We rented a ski boat for the week and easily tied up to the large dock. Clean dock for swimming and fishing. Our 5 year old son caught and released his first fish off the dock. We spent a lot of time on the boat enjoying the beautiful lake. The house was nice to come home to after being in the sun for hours. The screened in porch is very warm and inviting. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and ate our meals on the screened porch. We used the Weber charcoal grill a lot! It was very nice on the deck while grilling. Our son loved resting on the deck swing. The neighbor hood is nice for walking. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return."

  • wonderful views

"My family of four from naples,fl enjoyed this lakefront cottage with a dock. It was fully stocked, clean and lovely. I would like to see them add the use of a kayak or canoe. Not too far to many interesting things to do as well. Very relaxing!"

  • Nice and Peaceful

"My husband and I recently spent a week at this cottage. It is very cute and charming. We absolutely LOVED the screened porch and spent all of our evenings sitting out there. This place is great for fishing and kayaking. We used the grill a lot. Just be prepared that the fridge and stove are not full size. We just used our coolers to keep drinks cold. I highly recommend this place for a quiet get-away. If you like adult beverages, bring your own as this is a DRY county. Be sure to walk the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest. It is beautiful. Leann and Suzette are very helpful and accommodating."
