"My husband, two children, brother & sister-in-law, and I spent our Christmas vacation at Newfound Cottage and it truly was a home away from home. We were all comfortable and had privacy. It was so much better than crowding into a tiny hotel room. We had our own rooms and bathrooms. We were able to relax and have company. Loved it and would definitely stay again. There were plenty of toys and movies to entertain the children. The convenience of the kitchen was wonderful, saved on having to eat out."

"I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience my four sisters and I had at
your home last weekend. We were like giggling children when we first
entered the house and realized it was even more beautiful than the
pictures. And the wonderful aroma that greeted us put us in such a
tranquil mood all weekend.
We did 2 short trips to Asheville. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously but we all couldn't wait to get back to our retreat and enjoy each other's company. We sat by the fire with our wine and caught up on family news. We actually woke early enough to see a morning sunrise while sitting in the rockers on the porch. It was pure bliss.

"Thank you so much to Sharon & Tyler for opening their home and sharing their farm with us. We stayed for a full month and would have loved to stay longer. Sharon & Tyler are gracious and wonderful hosts and the animals on the farm are sweet and welcoming as well. Sharon taught me more about fiber and how to felt so that I can develop a new venue for my love of fiber. This cabin is perfect because you are in the country but only a short drive to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and galleries that Asheville has to offer. It is the perfect mix for those of you who want to relax, experience the area and just take time out to enjoy life! I'm hoping to be there again next year for even longer! Thanks again!!! Sue & Tim, and the furry gang."

"For our first trip to Asheville we wanted to be close to town so we didn't have to drive 30 or more minutes in from a mountaintop location. This cabin was perfect. We felt secluded enough with the wooded hill along the length of the big deck. The colorful fun decor made us smile every time we entered it. The booking was easy and the key code door lock a real plus. No messing around with keys. We were only 20 minutes from the Grove Park Inn and the Biltmore, 30 minutes to the awesome Chimney Rock State Park. West Asheville is bohemia fun and 5 minutes away. Eat at The Admiral! The hot tub came in handy after hiking. A comfortable place."
