"This house was incredible for my wedding weekend in Asheville! Firstly, the views! Not only does this house have amazing views, it has several porches and large windows to take the views in. You feel as though you're surrounded by mountains, but in reality, you're five minutes from downtown Asheville. I stayed at the house with my bridesmaids for my wedding and we could easily drive downtown in five minutes or take a $10 Uber. As for the house itself, it is a great space for larger groups or even families. The entire top floor is a suite with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and again, views! In addition to that, there is a spacious living/dining area and kitchen on the middle floor and a large bathroom set up with a ping pong table. All of the bedrooms were decently sized and beds were comfortable. For a mountain home, this house also offered ample parking and a garage. The driveway is steep, but once you're to the top, there is easily room for 6-7 cars to park. Lastly, this is a great spot for dogs. There is a small fenced in area for you to let them out and a great walk suggested by the owners to take them on. The only potential caution on this house turned out to be a pro - The bears! There is a family of bears in the neighborhood that we were able to watch walk up the home's driveway. These are black bears that will leave you alone as long as you do not disturb them. And they were so fun to watch!"

"Narnia was the perfect spot for our vacation this year. We were between both The Nantahalla and Ocoee Rivers which provided several days of adventures and new experiences. Murphy is a cute little town, especially downtown. The cabin was more than adequate for our stay from the comfortable beds and perfectly stocked kitchen to our new favorite hammock chairs on the front deck. This was the vacation to beat. The mountain was a little steep on the drive up, but the scenery made it totally worth it. Susie was a pleasure with which to work and very helpful! We are already planning our return!"

"We rented this wonderful house for three nights. Rain or shine, the views from the screened porch were awe-inspiring--the photos don't do it justice. The place is well-equipped and comfortable--we ate in two of our three nights because we felt so relaxed we didn't want to go out, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and the view of the mountains from beside the grill is conducive to philosophical thoughts while grilling and sipping a glass of wine!) The house is convenient to attractions and dining in and around Sapphire, Cashiers and Highlands. It's probably a stretch for more than four people because of the layout of the interior, and I'm not sure it's a good place for kids (though there are three TVs and two DVD players, always helpful in a pinch.) The interior communal living space is limited, but with that porch who wants to be inside? I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again."

"Where do I start.....what a perfect place for our family to have an early Christmas! Tranquility was the perfect place, plenty of room for all and close to town. The Polar Express Experience with our grandchildren is one we will never forget. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.......it was a priceless weekend."
