Enjoying the Fall Weather
"My sisters and I had a great get away here. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner was easy to work with. We were there for fall and the craft show and beautiful weather."

"This home is even more spectacular than the photos suggest and the owner even arranged for the home to be decorated with Christmas lights and Christmas tree during our stay. There was loads of room for our group of 20 and there was always something to keep us entertained if the weather kept us inside - reading in the libary by the fireplace with a view of the mountains, playing board games in the loft, or pool and ping pong on the lower level. Sipping coffee on the deck in the morning while watching the fog burn off to reveal the mountains was a particluar highlight. We had a wonderful week at the Eagles Nest and we recommend it wholeheartedly."

"9 of us spent a week at the Tatonka Lodge. Extremely comfortable spacious house. Everything we needed, large kitchen, dining area, family room and game room. From ages 17-23 all enjoyed the game room on a rainy day or late evening.
From a hot tub, to a hammock at the house, to the llamas, buffalo, and other animals on the property every enjoyed the walk around the property.
One thing to note, the lodge is at the top of hill, the driveway is steep and with some pavement and packed gravel.
We used the lodge as a base, going to Asheville, to Bryson City to Sliding Rock to Max Patch. We went in all directions and had a blast.
We would highly recommend."

"What a great place! Perfect for a couple wanfing to spend more time together than anything else. This cabin is spacious with lots of things to do within and around it. Sofa was so comfortable, pool table, fooseball (if you have never played its adicting), massage table with lotion, hot tub that turns colors at night to set the mood, sana, firepit for smores and roasting hotdogs (roadting sticks included), charcoal grill, porch with reclining chairs perfect for reading and a glass of wine, high top table and chairs for nice breakfast or romantic dinner. This cabin is secluded with trees all around. Our only complaint and it is probably just preference is the bed. It looks great and is very romantic but memory foam is not my thing and is stiff. Other than that nothing. There are tvs, books, firewood(make sure u bring keneling and a lighter or lighter fluid if u like using chemicals). Thanks u cherl we will be back!! Book it couples!"
